Mimi, that is just amazing! It is so inspiring to hear of these long-term weight loss maintenance stories. You deserve major kudos and should be VERY proud of yourself! I hope to be right where you are some day. I am SO sick of the yo-yo dieting and I'm trying like heck to be done with it forever.

Thank you, mimi, for your inspiration.

I'm a yo-yo dieter, too, always able to drop the weight like it was nothing but never able to keep myself motivated to keep the weight off. This is my year, and I'm NEVER going back. I'm looking forward to announcing my three years of maintanence...in two and a half more years!!

I'm so excited!

I've lost 44.6 pounds and maintained it for three years.

I was always able to lose weight just to gain it all back soon after.

This time around it's different !!!!!

I've made the SWITCH!
I've turned it around!

I switched my eating
I switched my thinking
I switched my old behaiviors (habits) to new healthy ones.

This time around I work hard consistenly on my new exciting healthy lifestyle.

Life is wonderful!

Mimi
