No. 71 - You hear about a family gathering or social event and you don't have to worry about losing a few pounds to fit in whatever you want to wear.

72. You have loads of energy.

73. I lift something that weighs 50 lbs and realize that I used to "carry" that much all the time.

74. You worry that the clothes you just bought are going to be too big.

#42 - When you go on vacation PLANNING to gain a few pounds (you went under your goal weight), and you didn't crash diet beforehand like you did for so many years! Then, upon arriving home, you don't worry about the weight you're at because you only gained two pounds in three weeks and you exercised dilligently while you were away. (Feels GOOD!!!) :)

#41 - When you remember when you once avoided eating before shopping --- to get as trim as possible in the belly area --- while you sit there eating a pre-shopping snack.

Re: #30 - I did that! Best feeling EVER!

Though, I had to argue with the girls at the jewelry shop that yes, I wanted them resized. It was November, so they wanted me to know that my hands would swell in warmer weather. I shook my hand and the rings fell off. (Then i told them I'd lost 30 pounds) They took my rings for resizing without another word. ;)

I'm trying to convince my husband into new wedding bands, but he's been hard to convince. I think he lures me away from it with the idea of a vacation! and then, bam! It's out of the budget. But maybe I'll try again in a few more years for our 10th. ;)

Re: #32 - it's definitely more fun to buy clothing that I put on and say "Hey, I look good!" but I still have to get all my pants hemmed, dammit! ;)

I have the same as BFITNHAPPY. I don't need my Spanx anymore, and I have lost half a shoe size.

oh, I do have to add some more..

23. You get rid of all your Spanx and "corset like" contraptions that you bought for your high school reunion to look thinner.

24. Some of your shoes even feel loose.

Tam...My 9 year old daughter got very upset when my DH started putting some of her pants in my stack and mine in hers..she just started crying when inside I was saying "YES!". She is very tall for her age and I am, well, vertically challenged.

You go run in the rain and cold because you now enjoy it

you still look at some of your clothes as you fold them and smile as you realize yes they are that small and I fit in them

Buy all new underwear

you can slow down and learn to savor every.single.divine.gooey. bite of that brownie, fudge, caramel, mousse ice cream thing at the restaurant and not worry about what Monday will bring at weigh in because you now are equipped to handle it and enjoy it. And you make sure you get to the cherry before your husband. Man am I glad tomorrow is date night, lol.

8. You don't even look at clothes and swimsuits that are supposed to make you "look 10 pounds lighter"

9. You buy a bikini for the first time in over 20 years

10. You aren't embarrassed to wear short shorts or a short skirt

11. You have a "binge" day and aren't afraid that it will turn into a "binge" week, month or year

12. You have a dessert or chips without feeling guilty (well, without feeling more than a little bit guilty).

13. You actually enjoy looking in the mirror

14. You love to shop (this one is dangerous)
