cubscout activity this morning, then laundry, followed by 4 hours of deer hunting and then made 4 batches of peach jam. Tad over on calories due to the smore i had with my cubscouts. I have quit letting them talk me into eating those things, as they are just to sweet laden and do a number on the gi system, but i just can't resist there little faces.

MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it

Weather wasn't so great today but I was determined to get in an outdoor walk. Got about an hour in. I am on track for nutrition today. I used to eat a lot of veggies, these days am having to work harder at that and I did get some in today, still not enough, but some. I am going to try to accomplish some things around the house tonight and that should keep me pretty busy.

Linda sounds like you are feeling better but still on the shaky side.

Got in a walk with the dog, then did a 50 minute fast walk. Feeling good, and planning food today to avoid any overt nibbling.

The scale went down again. I am trying to eat a little more. I do not want to pass out again. I feel tried and that is not good. I am on thyroid medication and I should not be tried. I wish for more company like teenagers. Enjoy them now while you have them. They will grow up and away from you. They go to college and beyond. Yesterday was better--binge-wise, and today is even better. I've been busy with puttering around the house. It's quiet now, because the kids are all gone from the house for a while--my own and the extras--I feel like Kitty Foreman sometimes with all these teenagers hanging out @ my house emoticon

Well within range yesterday--my streak holds! Weekends are harder, though. My scale has been stuck this week and today it finally moved in the right direction. Fitness I didn't log yesterday: Bathing three cats! I got word yesterday that my cat doesn't have allergies, he has ringworm. It's awful, but kind of a relief, because that's something that's treatable. It's recommended you isolate the cat and clean everything with bleach, but that's not going to happen. I didn't when the youngest cat had it when we first got him and everybody survived. If I isolate him I should probably isolate myself, because I think I've got a spot of it, too! So he'll get months of medicine and all of them will get weekly medicated baths. Have a great weekend!

Surprised but happy that my nutrition was in range today (had chicken satay for lunch and I love that sauce!) - got in a bunch of walking as we're exploring Bali! Great day despite a thunderstorm this afternoon.

Been getting my steps in and doing a little better at nutrition. Just really struggling to stay away from sugar and mindless eating at night. Weight is reflecting this seesawing back and forth at the top of my range. Not a comfortable place at all. Got to sleep in a bit which was a welcome change since all week has been going to work and then some activity in the evening keeping me on the go around 16-18 hours a day. Today is a lady's brunch at church (with the men serving us!) and then work this evening. Getting up early for a run - at least 5-6 miles and shooting for 8, then church and then driving up to meet a Sparkfriend who is in state for a conference about an hour away.

Phebess, I think we are all living vicariously through. I love hearing about your travels!

I took it easy yesterday but got a LOT of steps in. I'm lovin the fitbit! Going to take it easy again today as tomorrow morning is the mini triathlon.

Ugh. I was chained to my desk yesterday and still didn't get my huge paperwork project done. I did uncover something that might have caused a problem down the road - so the day was enormously productive. BUT. sedentary. and i came home crabby - to Himself who was slothful - so we got perilously close to a quarrel. I'm usually the one who puts a stop to these because I'm the one who doesn't like to squabble - but sometimes it bubbles over anyway. Himself is so utterly left brained that he loves a quarrel merely for the linguistic opportunities it provides. He'll even switch sides just to stretch his vocabulary. which makes fighting with him totally unproductive but sometimes extremely funny. so after a few forays into the land of finger pointing - we had a pleasant enough evening.

Today we're off to visit my uncle and aunt - haven't seen them in forever. It will be a wonderful reunion but ... no exercise this weekend. Must Eat Sensibly. Must Eat Sensibly.

Scored the cutest pair of jeans yesterday. $17.00!!!

Heading to Gatlinburg with family and friends for shopping,and general good times.

A little concerned because I haven't been around the friends in an overnight setting since I lost my weight. So, I am trying to prepare for all events, have made a great cooking light gumbo to take for dinner and packed some healthy snacks.

We will be walking alot, so I think the exercise part will be covered.

Good morning! Saturday at home with no company and I am so looking forward to it! I have a few sewing projects I want to complete. Yesterday was just one fine day. I kicked butt at Intensity class, walked at lunch with friend and finished two projects that were on back burner far too long at work! Then DH was home to greet me and he was a new man after his hunting trip. Hiking and hauling gear was a lot more enjoyable without 60 lbs of fat to carry. I am so proud of him and let him know it!

Headed out for 5 mi brisk walk with fitness buddy and will keep nutrition streak going another day. Hope it's a good day for all!!
