Cold is finally gone resting yesterday helped. I drank a lot of herb tea and logged everything I put in my mouth. Weight is back to goal. I hate the time change. See you all tomorrow after my walk

Good morning. Ran 3 miles this morning and it felt great. Waiting on a refrigerator to be delivered. The one we bought when we first got married is on its last leg. 14 years is a good run for a fridge, I suppose. Everyone have a great day.

The time change never used to bother me, but Lordy, this year it is giving me fits! I am heading out to meet a friend for coffe, then the cat to the vet and chores around the house. The rain - heavy and all day, but a cabash on our planned trail run, but thinking I will use the opportunity to get to the gym and try to make friends with the treadmill. If that doesn't pan out, there is always the track, the machines, the classes or SOMETHING to get my behind moving. Nutrition was going great yesterday untill the sugar/chocolate monster got ahold of me late last night. I know it was because I was too tired and just needed to go to sleep, but I kept finding things that needed to be done, and hence, chocolate that needed to be eaten. Made a rule to myself that I would not say "yes" to any more activities/obligations until I could get my schedule(and eating) on an even keel. At least I'm doing better at that. Have a wonderful Wednesday everybody!

I agree but I usually adjust in a day or two. I think maybe the change in time affects our computers - mine is having issues also! HA!

Congrats Bess! I agree with you as well. This daylight savings thing is annoying. I have a hard time adjusting to both changes.

The scale went down a smidge this morning, could be temporary but I liked that number. I credit my fitbit. I'm addicted to walking this past week!

Toni, interval training is a major calorie burner. Enjoy!

the happy news is that I was at goal yesterday when I had my "official" weigh-in.

the not so happy news was that I was so cold I couldn't warm up all day long. I think it was because I'm still not adjusted to the time change.

the very good news is I had caught up with my work, had enough sick leave and enough good staff that I just went home and went to bed. Slept about 10 hours last night and I feel great today.

Lordy I wish we didn't do this stupid daylight savings time any more. It made sense when the world was lit only by tapers and candles. With electricity we definitely do not need it any more and the whiplash to my system is definitely a bummer.

ah well. Today is Wednesday and Wednesday is always good - because it's Story Hour Day!

I'm in. Up and at em early as usual. Having computer problems so I'm finding myself sitting here aggravating myself.

Time to walk away and go workout.

Leg day today Ugh. When is it not. My legs are always tired from all the abuse they take from workouts and cardio. The never really get a break.

Calories in my happiest range, did some walking, and snorkeled for about 75 minutes. Saw clown fish! Had a wonderful day! (Also drank about 14 cups of water.)

Good morning and happy hump day!

I went to a Obamacare seminar last night--more about the policy and insurance industry than the broken promises and effect on individuals that we are hearing on the news. I have less confidence that this will work. Guess I'll just continue my quest to stay healthy.

Today I do that by spending 30 min in elliptical and ST to exhaustion in 60 min Dynamic HIIT class at the gym. Nutrition will be lean and mean! Lol
