Mandy, hope your DH feels better soon. Keep him hydrated! I stayed up too late again last night. I think my internal clock has already "fallen back". I wasn't very productive last night. I had my eyes dilated for my eye exam and somehow that gave me permission to watch TV and shop online for cute reading glasses for most of the evening. Dentist appointment this afternoon, but I hope that won't be an excuse for not getting housework fitness minutes in!
Good morning. DH is super sick with the stomach flu. Hoping he feels better today. Didn't get my workout in yesterday evening because I was at the kitchen table for far too long helping Emma with (way too much!) homework. Third grade is taking some adjustment. I did a long walk on the treadmill this morning with some incline intervals. Dripping with sweat! Walking can be a great workout too!

Good morning team and Good Luck KELLIEBEAN on the Hot Chocolate! I finally feel like I'm in a bit of a rhythm now (the first few days of vacation were a blur). Going to enjoy these last couple of days and then drive home Thursday and back to work Friday and Saturday. Feeling a bit better today after foam rolling 7 or 8 times yesterday. Going for a massage today and then maybe a short run. Nutrition was okay yesterday. Need to really start watching it. The 10th is my birthday and I'm sure that will be a bit high and then there are the "holidays" - all the more reason to get more regualar with the fitness. My sis is teaching a cycle class this evening. It incorporates cycling and weights. If I don't run I may do that. Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!!!

I'm with you guys getting into the groove. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by work and some family issues but I saw the weather forecast for today and decided to go running after work. Five more days until the Chicago Hot Chocolate 5K!
Nutrition was in the low happy range (1415, as opposed to 1450), and I got in about 30 minutes of walking - after 3 days of babying my inflamed arthritic joints. Aging sucks. Ah well, that's what happens when you use up parts, right?
Me too, Maree - Hope everyone's getting in the groove now and that the rest of your week has no bad juju in it. I did get to the gym last night and it felt great. Hard, but great. I'm a little out of shape, which is new for me. I've had endurance and strength for a year and a half now, but this fall I've tapered back a wee bit at a time and it's finally added up to a less strong me with less stamina. Don't like that. I know what the rest of 2013 is going to be about.
This afternoon it will be stationary bike and some strength moves.
