Still away from home. Did not get in any exercise today but my foot is feeling better so the rest may have been a good thing. Ate food which I really try to avoid but just couldn't resist. At least I didn't eat the whole piece of strudle Ate light for dinner so I am not feeling bloated. Back home tomorrow

Wow. Very late check in for me today. Got in alot of quality time with Mr Foam Roller today. Those hills didn't feel so bad when I was running them, but today it feels like there are shards of glass in my quads. Got in a bit of walking and carved a couple pumpkins with my nephew. nutritionally I wad a little higher than I would have liked, but at least the day want a busy and hopefully I will feel like getting a workout in. I'm scheduled for a massage at 1PM, so maybe I can use that as an incentive to get the workout done and out of the way first

good morning on this brisk wisconsin fall day. Temps are hovering around 30 right now but should warm up to about 45 by afternoon. Heading to the Y for a hour of water jogging followed by 45 mins of water aerobics. Plan on heading out hunting this afternoon.

Today definitely has to be a Day 1 for me. We're back from a whirlwind trip to S.C. to meet only son's fiance. 16 hours in a car over 3 days certainly left me bloated. We're a family of great walkers so we got lots of hikes in the little time we had. Unfortunately there was a lot of festive eating, as to be expected and the scale is up today. It's inspiring me to focus on maximum nutrition this week. I don't foresee any reasons to celebrate with food till Thanksgiving so I ought to be able to undo any weight gain pretty quickly.
Today will be a cardio day at the gym - elliptical probably.
Calories in the happy range, tried walking around but my hip is still inflamed so we took a taxi home - ah well, that's why it's important to keep the calories happy since I can't do much cardio right now.
