Today is a volunteering day and so there is no time to get in a long walk. Going to do a video. Eating last night was under control and the munchies did not affect the weight. Thanks for the pep talk Kelliebean.

Late check in because Wi-Fi was down most of the day at work. Weight down from yesterday, doing OK nutritionally, but still not moving enough. I'm starting to think that around 122 might be my "happy weight", but I'm still going to try to get back under 120.

mini walk with the puppy whose legs are still pretty short for any real distance, 60 min water jog and 60 minute water aerobics and then 45 min very low impact land exercises with my new senior group. Calories are in check and things are going great. Have a great wednesday everyone

MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it

I've been away longer than I intended. The U.S. FreedomWalk Festival was a lot of fun and a lot of work for those of us checking, marking, and unmarking trails, especially in Georgetown, where a group of self-proclaimed "Georgetown ambassadors" prides itself on removing our markers almost as fast as we put them up. This despite having all the approvals in place through DC Police and the Mayor's Events Council. Anyway, we're done with the 12th annual event and will start gearing up for next year.

Good morning team!
Had a great weigh-in this morning. Already got my strength training in and am finishing up breakfast. I've been super focused on nutrition, exercise, and getting caught up at the office lately. However, my housework has suffered. It is so difficult to keep all the balls in the air at once! We don't have any evening activities today, so I think I'll get some cleaning done before I settle on the couch.

Good morning spark friends!
So glad to be checking early today. Scale is good. Exercise is back on track. And healthy eating is here again. Only had 1 piece of Halloween candy yesterday. Woohoo! I know I can do it!
Gym, gymnastics class with my daughter, a haircut and some work in the afternoon. Hope everyone has a fabulous day. Tomorrow is my 1 year sparkversary! emoticon

Hey all! Sunnybeachgirl, I've had those days where I feel like a bottomless pit that no amount of veggies and protein seem to be able to fill. Good idea just keep eating the healthy stuff!

It was quite cold and rainy last night so I didn't get out for the dog walk. I needed almost 4000 steps so I walked in place while washing the dishes, walked around the house reading a book, got dizzy so I stopped that, then walked all over cleaning up the house, then walked around brushing my teeth to kill the snack monster.

I was quite pooped! emoticon

It feels good to be back on a schedule again. got some good work done yesterday and realize I'm off the hook this Thursday since nobody's signed up for the class (that i'm not really prepared to teach. Whew!) Made a commitment to eat one dark leafy green vegetable every day this week. Now I realize I'm going to be traveling. this is going to take some strategizing - but it can be done. Made it to the gym yesterday but got caught up in a lengthy conversation that cut my workout a little short. I'll do better today.

Hey there! Almost 8 hrs sleep and busy day ahead. Got my essay draft done and relieved about that. Sometimes writing is easy, this time, not so much.

Gonna get more activity going today with my body out of a chair!

Good morning!

Sleep: good! 8 hrs.
Nutrition: good! Within calorie range yesterday and have great choices for today
Fitness: headed to gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min Dynamic ST
Work: deadlines met and a breather the rest of this week

So it's all good! Hope it's all good for all my friends and teammates this wonderful hump day! :)))
