Hi Everyone, Just cannot seem to get onto the page during the day to check in, but I have been keeping up with the posts every night. Got back to the gym today after 6 days off because of appointments and meetings. Stayed at the low end of my range and it feels good to be back at the gym. Have a great night! Did not sleep at all well last night so I am feeling a little punk. I did work on cleaning the house this morning, it really needed it, Then I did a 4 mile walk. Planning to do a strength training video in a little while.
Had the munchies really bad this morning. Ate a healthy breakfast but just couldn't stop eating. Stayed away from the sugar stuff and did eat healthy but just more calories than I had planned. Feeling ok now and drinking a lot of water.

I agree about the new SP look. I was skeptical but I really do like it. I went for a very long walk yesterday and clocked in over 11K steps. Just finished my pumpkin pie oatmeal and grapefruit for breakfast. Going out for lunch and then to Spanish class. Got to get that walk in later today.
Good morning team! I'm really enjoying the new start page. I especially like "mood" on the goals. I was in a great mood yesterday morning so I set the number high. Then I felt like I was perky the rest of the day to maintain that high number. Know what I mean?
Ran 3 miles this morning and now eating my cottage cheese and tomatoes and drinking my coffee. Everyone have a great day!

I'm quite sore today... SP 30 min total body challenge on Sunday and yoga last night. Need a rest day. Of course when I get home my labrador will say "yeah yeah yeah, tell your story walking, there's my leash"
Yesterday I signed up for a mini marathon my park district is doing next month. I'm pretty excited. I'm not much of a swimmer but it's only 10 minutes so I think it's doable.
Mornin' team! I got a full 8 hours last night after a pretty healthy day all around. My spirits are up. I'm working on a writing project that is tough for me though and I notice it's been picking at my mood. Having made note of that, I think I can turn it around.
Made oatmeal before bed last night and it is waiting for me. Yum! Oh, and walked in the park and did lunges (a coach challenge) which really made me feel great.

So. Dr. advice? wait a week. I can do that. And I'll be back at the gym today. Especially since I've been sort of binging for the past few days. I was still within my weight limit, hence the "sort of" qualifier, but I think that's just a pause before the scale jumps up. gonna stop that before it happens.
The rest of this week I'm going to concentrate on super fibrous, highly nutritious food and 8 glasses of water a day. I feel the need for a week or two of disciplined living. Like putting on my safety cloak.
I've also been fooling around on the new Spark People Start Page. I like it. I never got used to the old one but this one feels cleaner to me.

Missed a couple of days here. Time just flies by and the days become way too short.
Excellence at weigh in the past few days. Came in at 131.6. I can actually back off a little on my workouts. I can go from beating myself silly to just beating myself.
Cardio day for me today, then chores, then work.
