Had a nice and quiet weekend because the next three are really busy. I took lasagna over to some friends last night for dinner. They are having health problems (75 and 80) so I wanted to see them but didn't want to go out or have them cook. I really watched my calories all day and so today I was not up. Also cut the pieces in the pan small so It was easy to have seconds without over eating.

Well I didn't do my exercising. It seems that every time I get my heart rate up my mouth pain starts pounding. I guess I just can't exercise until my mouth gets a little better. I feel like my muscles are screaming at me. . . Help me. . . Use me. . . I ate well yesterday, lots of veggies and complex carbs. Pretty sure I stayed in my ranges but don't know for sure as my spark site was acting up. I attributed it to the new start paging going up. I'm up early this morning to take Mom to her surgery appointment. It's just simple surgery but I had to get up at 6:30 and I usually get up at about noon. Sleepy. Pretty sure that I'll take a nap when I get home. Hope everyone has a fantastic week.

Good morning team! Haven't posted with you guys in a while. I've needed to shed a few pounds, so been posting more in other areas. I was excited about the new spark page, but I don't seem to have it :( Is there something I need to do to turn it on? Already got in 50 mins of kettle bell workout and finishing up a healthy breakfast. Everyone have a great day.

Good morning team. Got a second night of 7+ hours sleep last night. With the packed schedule I keep, I can really tell the difference when I get adequate sleep. Off to work today from 7:30-4:30 and then women's group at church tonight at 6PM-8PM. Only three more days of work and then will leave as early as reasonably possible to make the drive down to St Louis for vacation......boy, I NEED this!

I did get some activity in this weekend, running six miles, dog walks, went through the Spark 60 Seconds of Activty article (ran through it twice) and the spark 30 min Total Body Workout DVD. And then there were oreos!
Great to see my fellow early birds up and online today. I can't believe I'm supposed to go back to work today. How will I survive without hourly puppy snuggles. I think I'll have to have Himself drive to town at lunchtime with a back seat full of dogs.
One good thing about about going back to work is that my schedule will be more normal. We built a fire in the stove last night - brrrrr. we're expected to go down into the 30's (!!!!) Wed. night.
Dr. apt. early this morning and then we'll just see what comes next. If there is time I'm going to slip by and see my mother at her nursing home.
Good morning! Back home with decent Internet connection. It's frustrating because I try to catch up on email and FB on weekends and then it's a huge pain with sporadic slow wifi service. Glad we got the houseboat buttoned up for her long winters nap as temps will be below freezing many nights this week. We took a long hike scouting for DH's planned hunts.
Headed to gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min Dynamic ST. Nutrition will be pure protein today.
