Haven't worked out since friday. Hurt my back some kind of way. In alot of pain. Can't hardly walk. If I move around too much it start to pain me more.

I'm 4 lbs under goal and trying to make it 5 but that last pound is stuck there no matter what I do!

Had a hard week last week with my son having another surgery and my stress eating rearing it's ugly head. This week will be easier.

61.5 pounds lost.

Wow! You are totally awesome 3rd anniversary Lady. I get what you are saying about your current weight. I had my Mother's Funeral Mass this morning and it went very well. The priest said some very good things about mom. She was the quiet calm presence in our lives. I miss her so very much. We were like twins. I would dress her like me. I took her out with me. The week before I took to the park and we walked a short way with her walker and back to the car. Linda from bean town

Wow! Thanks for all the good wishes on my 3rd anniversary. While I'm currently about 7 lbs over my ultimate goal (which is an arbitrary number I fixated on when I was 13!) I am still several pounds under the first goal I set when I started Sparking. So, while I'd really like to weigh less, I really am solidly maintaining! emoticon

I spent all day at a kick-off rehearsal for the women's choir I'm in. It's fun and lots of work! I'm not tracking today because lunch was a potluck and impossible to estimate. Back to it tomorrow!

Having lovely Fall sunny weather. Got out and walked this morning and planning to do some videos after I log off. Thought I stayed on track yesterday but weight was up 1.5 lbs. Could have been the second glass of wine?

Hi team I am at marina with horrible WiFi, using DHs phone. So feelfree to start thread. So so sorry about BIL's dog, Kellie. Awful.
Plan t o run, just finished putting the engines and generator to bed for their long winter nap :(( would trade all my sweaters for bikinis Bess! Lol

Please add my hugs too, Kelliebean - I'm so sorry for your brother and your family. :(

Today is the local farmer's market and I'm headed into town to take advantage. Not that I want to buy much - just some winter squashes. But you never know what treats might be on display. We had a marvelous ramble yesterday around Lake Anna - the autumn colors are starting to sing their glory songs.

Just doing some mild walking for exercise these days. Taking it easy till I see the doctor on Monday. And then it's back to werk werk werk fer me.

Up early this morning (twice - thanks to some very persistent dogs). Working 8-5 today and then doing lighting tomorrow at church from 7-1pm. Our pastor will be interviewing Justin Beiber's mom who has written a new book on overcoming the struggles in her life. After that, I will meet up with a friend who is trying to get a singles ministry off the ground. Planning to enjoy some fun fall activities at a local farm and corn maze. I have three days of work then next week and then VACATION. Luckily, my vacation will be with my baby sis who is a personal trainer who also competes in figure competitions (at 47 years old). Don't need to worry too much about weight gain there. Limitless time to train and get physical activity in, and lots of time to relax and enjoy my sis and her husband and son. Ahhhhhh.

Good morning! Up early and enjoying my coffee and sparking in the stillness. Thanks Toni and everyone for your thoughts on my brother-in-law's dog. It is so very sad.

I went running last night after walking the dog. Yes Toni, it's getting chilly around here!

I'm going to get some yoga done to stretch everything out, a couple dog walks and maybe some ST later.

Good morning. Always risky to start before we have seen Maree, but here I go. I'm up early as I often am, starting my day on Spark. It's become quite a routine over the last few years and what can I say, except that it keeps me working at maintaining and mostly it keeps me in touch with this team that continues to inspire me.

Cold coming here in the next week so I hope to get in some good kayaking this weekend and begin to say good bye to lake time. I'm hoping for some more warm afternoons though, before the water gets too cold to make it safe.

Have a good weekend everyone. I'm enjoying cooking fall foods again and hope you are too!
