75 minutes of water jogging followed 45minutes of water aerobics, so got in plenty of exercise today, but the eating has been very sporatic and i need to get back on a regular eating schedule. Still at the bottom of my goal range so doing ok in that department. Hunting everyday is so much fun, but screwing up my routine. Thankfully its only ones a year for a month that things are like this. But its wonderful to have fresh venison to eat and plenty to last till next year.
MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it
I've been away for two weeks with no access to a computer, but have been watching how much I eat and have been doing lots of hiking. Today I'm getting back into the routine and was happy to find I am still at goal weight. Hurray!

Up too late again last night. I need to start going to bed the first time I think about it! I'm sleeping better, just not enough. Weight stable, but I need to work harder to lose a bit before the winter sets in.
Good morning maintainers. My official weight yesterday was 151 - within my goal spread - so that counts as still "At Goal" I am SO glad I checked my weight before I left for the convention 2 weeks ago - and saw exactly how much over my goal I was. I'm sure if I'd hid my head in the sand of ignorance I would have actually gained more, not whittled 1.6 lbs off in 2 weeks. And during this whittling time I still had guests, desserts, party food and wedding food and two slices of cake. If you can't live this lifestyle, you aren't trying!
I've set the computer at work to beep at 10 minutes to the hour so I will get up and move every hour. Stationary bike this afternoon. Puppy walk in 10 minutes. woo woo. Happy Hump day everyone.
