Up early and slept very restless last night. I guess I had travelling home today on my brain just not letting me sleep well.
Head home a little later this morning after working out and breakfast.
Looking at about an eight hour drive. Lunch is packed already and half our stuff went to the car last night. Should be easy to hit the road when ready.
Coming in at a steady weight three pounds below goal. Not too shabby for on vacation.
Hard work and dedication along with proper eating, portion control, and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Key elements to success.
