Well done, RPCLEM!
Doing good today. Had great breakfast. Stayed in nutrition range, going to do some strength training a little later, drank my water and I lost a pound. Sounds great today.

I seem to have recovered from the dinner I went to over the weekend, the weight is back to my 155.5 I did eat vegetarian yesterday and I plan to do the same today. Got in a good walk this morning and then did 30 minutes of video. Just trying to keep motivated and on track.

Happy anniversary VENISEW1 - 13 years - WONDERFUL! Love that link BESSHAILE. Good reminder that I can do even a short 60 second burt several times throughout the day and it is better than doing nothing.
Love hearing that everyone seems to be getting into a healthy rhythm for the fall and setting up for success with the holidays coming up. Sleep is such an important component of it. You are all such an encouragement to me. I still learn so much from everyone on this team each and every day!
Got to get moving and get ready for the chiro appt this afternoon and then get some laundry done and more prep work for a BUSY, BUSY, BUSY 2nd half of the week.

I swam 1000m yesterday, but I ended up skipping my yoga class to take care of DH. Still wondering why colds hit men harder than they hit women. Today is not off to a good start, despite having my 10,000 steps in. I went out for my run/walk, and within a half mile, I felt a strange pain in my right knee and calf (muscle, not joint, for the knee), but it went away in a few steps. Then, after about 1.5 miles, I suddenly felt as if a hot knife had stabbed my right hamstring. I immediately slowed to a walk, then stopped to stretch. The acute pain went away, but not the tenderness, so I resigned myself to walking. I did try a bit of a slow jog about a half mile later, but there was that sharp pain again, so I finished the rest of the distance walking. Feeling bummed about this, because it was so sudden. On the positive side, I have a pot of SP Slow Cooker Northern Bean and Spinach Soup in the crock pot, so dinner is now easy.

Good morning all, this is not a gym day today but I sure don't want to sit all day. I have my Fitbit on so still want to get those steps in. It is our Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada so I will be planning my menu and doing the shopping list. We are having guests for the weekend so that will mean planning meals for the weekend. Looking forward to having the family together. Suppose to be a nice day today, still cool but no rain so a walk seems in order.

Feeling icky this morning, but I think it will pass. I've been sleeping better lately too, maybe it's shorter days and the urge to hibernate! We went to a movie after dinner and had chocolate popcorn for dessert. I have no idea whether what I ate was 400 calories or 1400. I counted in as kettle corn, because it seems closest to that. Time to start work!

Good day yesterday. Got in 10K steps and got a lot done around the house.
Today will consist of sitting at the bridge table so I guess I'll have to walk around when I'm dummy!
Rain Rain Rain Rain Rain
We got blessed needed glorious heaven sent rain yesterday. I feel like I lost 10 lbs - even though I fear I have gained one or two - and I don't care I'm so grateful for the rain.
Today is official weigh in - all I can say is ... wait and see.
At the gym yesterday my left leg started to cramp up. I switched from elliptical to stationary bike and set the resistance down low and did 30 minutes but it was still funny afterwards. And then - it went away. Weird. I must have been sitting wrong at work yesterday. Today I'll go back and see if whatever was wrong is gone now.

I love this. I want to start doing 60 minute bits during my sedentary day. If just to get the circulation flowing.
Calories in range, didn't get enough cardio (DH didn't feel well so we didn't go off snorkeling). Okay day.

Tuesday tidings. Up early and heading to yoga class today. Bought a few new things for fall yesterday. It still surprises me that dressing rooms are not the embarrassing places they used to be! (I love maintaining). I did have to ask the clerk twice if the straight skirt in a small size really fit?? It did.
I cooked on the grill in the rain last night. Oh, and in the dark too. (-: pretty darn good chicken if I do say so!

Good morning and happy Tuesday to all.
Not sure why I am sleeping better while here on vacation but I am. Not much longer just better.
Down a pound from yesterday and overall doing very well for being away from home. I credit the fact that we have and I insisted on full amenities where were were to stay in advance. This entire place is wonderful. I absolutely would stay here again. Having the option to cook and live close to the way you do at home and on plan works. To eat out every night or several times a day because you are on vacation can be disastrous if you are not careful. Not sure how you folks that travel for work frequently do it. My BIL is a work traveler (weekly) and he pulls it off. Would be tough and stressful for me.
Anyway, I do love it here and would certainly return to this area and this resort.
Last day here before travelling home tomorrow. The week certainly did go fast but it was most enjoyable. I wish I could retire.

Two days in a row for getting 7 hrs of sleep. Yaaay. I'm hoping this is a good trend.
I'm headed to the gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min Intensity ST class. My cousins will be here this evening. I didn't get all the cleaning done. Although I love a clean house, I have prioritized my time for granddaughter and DD and the occasional R&R weekend on the river. Oh well. It is cleanER! Lol
