Hi all, well it is 3 o'clock here and I just got out of the kitchen and taking a break. We are having company for dinner and I am not even having a difficult menu but everything just takes time. Oh well, it is all good food made from scratch. There will be no gym and no walking....just not enough time. Hope everyone is having a good day and WTG those who are in races.

Didn't check in yesterday but did pretty well on the exercise and eating. Weight is staying at 155.6 which is good. I am not going out walking today because of the high winds and high temperatures. I am planning to do 3 exercise videos and track food

Not a good start to the weekend--my husband's car was broken into last night and a lap-top stolen. Plus the replacement window has to come across country so it can't be fixed until mid-week. My weight is on the downhill slide from the weekly high, but I'm afraid I won't be able to post a loss this week and may even show a gain. A few too many indulgences and not enough action to counter them.

Good morning everybody. Welcome home. Bon Voyage. Lots of coming and going on this site. My morning weight was 150 again - and boy does that feel good. It's taken me 10 days to whittle away those extra lbs but half of them were party/convention days. and today there is a wedding. whew! The fancy food just keeps on coming. My arms are still a little sore from Thursday's ST but I expected that. Hadn't done any lifting for a month.
Today's activity will be a walk and the usual Saturday housecleaning.
Good morning team! Getting ready for work 7-4 today. Going to bake some chicken tonight and then going to a friend's book release party. Tomorrrow AM it is up early for a 5K before church, then a chance to catch up a bit.....no chance to rest really, but recommitting to getting 7-8 hours sleep per night (at least 5 nights a week). That's my weak point and when I let myself get too run down I find myself mindlessly eating - especially sugar. Need to get this under control before the gluttony of the holidays.

Checking in from Myrtle Beach bright and early. Weight is up a pound from yesterday. I believe it is probably from salt used in the foods we ate last night at a restaurant. Unfortunately when ordering I don't think to tell them no salt.
We don't use it anymore as an additive at home for sometime now, However, when eating out it can be difficult to control.
Excellent facilities here where we are staying so it helps stay in line.
Workout, steam and shower, breakfast, and poolside is the plan for this morning.
Whoa what a workout yesterday! Hello gluteus maximus. Included Kettle bell swings, squats with k-bell, etc plus 50 deadlifts with 95 lb barbell ( my weakness)!
I'll be cleaning like a mad woman with relatives coming in for my Aunt's funeral next Friday--just grateful I have a weekend to dedicate to it. Also need to get to the office to catch up. DH is fishing tournament today and tomorrow so it's full speed ahead.
