I am trying to maintain in the 126 range. I had 6 days from 125.8-126.8, but today I was 127.0. Would love to always be under 127 for morning naked weigh in, but given the way weight fluctuates, think I'll have to lose a bit more for that to work for me.
I want to get where I'm not so nuts about the scale, but I think I have to be confidently maintaining before that will happen!!

Over on calories yesterday by the amount of a Starbucks Grande pumpkin spice latte, no whip! I'm a little sad that there's no farmer's market to look forward to this afternoon. I'm really looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. We'll probably go to the home show this weekend, which means more steps, even though they're at strolling speed!

Good morning and happy Friday team! I am down to 129.8 this morning! Woohoo! Going to watch my food through the day because we are going out for dinner in Manhattan tonight with some friends. Should be a really nice dinner at a steakhouse. Still not sure what I will I order. Checking the menu later. Going to run on the treadmill this am and maybe some ST too.
Quick check inthis AM - trying to stay caught up and getting ready to head out to work. Got a good start on the month. Everyday (so far) at mid goal range or below. YEAH! Gonna be another rainy day today, but then the temps drop and it will be beautifull for the 5K at the Arboretum on Sunday!

Oh la! I've been up 30 minutes and I still hadn't thought about it being FRIDAY! Yippee!
Had my first strength training session with the PT at the gym yesterday and oh my goodness - in spite of about 5 extra cups of water my shoulders are telling me all about it. In fact it felt fabulous to go back to lifting and I had not lost as much ground as I'd feared. In 2 weeks I'll be on another STAYcation and we're going to do a blow out work out. I've only done 2 of these with the PT because I usually have to go to work afterwards and a blow out workout, will thrilling to do, leaves me unable to make simple decisions the rest of the day. I'm pretty much the stupid librarian after them.
Wedding tomorrow and 89 degrees. Too Much Indian Summer for me.
Way to go Phobes on the walk. Today I plan on moving more stuff out of the house and storage into the new home and as a reward, if I get done soon enough, I will do some shopping. I love shopping. Hope you all have a great weekend!!

Good morning! Thanks for all the sympathy expressions.
This morning I'm headed to the gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min Intensity (crossfit type) class. Clothes are really fitting well so this weekend I'm gonna get out the tape measure to see where I'm at -- need to decide about continuing these classes when my free trial runs out next week.
I hope DC has a great vacation, glad Toni's colon is healthy and love the puppy stories (babies of all species are just so darn special--the circle of life!)
