happy hump day everyone. Started today with 60mins of water jogging and the 45min low impact water aerobics and then 45 mins of low impact land exercises with the senior population. at the Low end of my weight also and loving it. Hunting starts on Saturday so getting everything ready to go early Saturday morning. Not a lot of exercise planned for next week slo trying to get in as much as possible this week. Off to the clinic this afternoon to meet with the shoulder dr. and am hoping to clear me to go back to life guarding.

MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it

Good morning all. I feel like I have already replied to this. Do we have two today? I am getting ready to head off to the gym then home to get ready for my doc appointment this afternoon. Would love to see a little sun sometime soon. Would be so nice to get a walk outside sometime during the day.

Zero activity yesterday. It was a 12-hour workday which included a lot of driving. Hopefully today will go as planned and I can get a run in before dinner.

Still at center goall range. Been saying it for too long, but since the orthotics are not ready yet, going to get to the gym and get in a workout of some other fashion today after the chiro. Maybe we need to set up out morning feed the night before - had to choose which one to post to (again) LOL! Maybe I'll just copy and paste!

Good morning!

Yaaay 147.9 this morning, which is at my low range and I'm patting myself on the back (like DC)!!

I got a walk in at lunch yesterday. This morning is elliptical and Dynamic ST at the gym for a 90 min workout and will plan a lunch walk too.

Gotta run! Hope it's a great day for all!
