Had dental work today. I'll have more in the days to come as well but hopefully before December I will have a smile again!! I've had missing teeth for a few years now its always wreaked havoc on my self-esteem. I'm so excited to be getting it taken care of!!

Over on calories yesterday because I had dinner and donuts instead of dinner OR donuts. Up late because we went to a concert. Nearly overslept because one cat thought it was just fine that I was ignoring the first chimes of the alarm. One of the backup cats came to the rescue with the whiskers up the nose trick!

Good morning all!! Just getting ready to go to the gym. Love this class this morning. Home to shower then off to the doctors. It is raining again and it will be nice to see the sun even for just a little while. I will be weighing-in probably tomorrow so hopefully I will still be in my range. Never ending struggle!!!

Good morning, Team! Quick check-in today! Off to the gym and then to gymnastics with my daughter. Work this afternoon! Making the orange chicken recipe for dinner that was featured yesterday. Looks delicious!
Happy hump day! At goal today after about 8 days being over. This is a great start to the day. I'm still skipping the gym while I get in lots of walks with our new puppy but tomorrow I'll go in early for my strength training - haven't been to that in a month. How did the fall get so hurly burly?
Early morning hair cut too - so no morning walk with the pups - it's too dark outside!!!! Winter is icummin in, as W. de Wycombe. might have said. LOL

Still at center goall range. Been saying it for too long, but since the orthotics are not ready yet, going to get to the gym and get in a workout of some other fashion today after the chiro. Maybe we need to set up out morning feed the night before - had to choose which one to post to (again) LOL! Maybe I'll just copy and paste!

I'm over on calories, but we're staying at a budget resort and they give us all meals - huge plates of healthy food, but way more than I'm used to eating! OH, and not enough walking today, but I'm snorkeling tomorrow so hopefully it will even out.
