What a bummer about your diagnosis. Nicole has some great chair exercise videos. Of course nothing like running but they do get your heart going and tone the muscles that otherwise might go unchallenged while you recover.

First off I want to say thank you for all the wonderful comments and goodies on my spark page for my anniversary they are awesome ....

Second I want to apologize for not getting on here sooner life has been really crazy the last 2 weeks and I have been slacking but I finally put my foot down with the roommates/ house guests and hopefully things get better

Another bad bit of news ...... Went for my evaluation at physical therapy because is thought my back was acting up again ..... Well it's my hip flexors from running......they are really tight and since they are connected to. Y back also it's pulling on my bad back .....so he said about 3 weeks and I can start slow cardio again but for now no running , stair stepper, elliptical. Maybe I can bike but very casually and maybe walking if I go slowly and no inclines .....
