I wasn't active for a while. I decide I wasn't really happy with my maintenance level being 130-135. I felt it should be more like 125-130. so I went to off to lose that last 5lbs and it took a VERY VERY long time lol. But here I am! or was for two glorious days 125. YAY!!! I had a little bit to much of a celebratory/PMS feast last night and am up to 127 but I know I'm not supposed to be sweating that exact # just the average weight. which is 126 right now.
Anyway I'm excited and scared and have more questions but I'll post that in the questions section.
I do have a bit going on but it feels good to be busy!
I training for my first serous 5K. I've done a few just for fun and for the accomplishment but they we mostly walked and with Friends. this time I want to try to make it in under 30min hopefully well under 30.
I'm also trying to get certified as a body-flow instructor. I was really hoping for a more hard core class like body pump or bootcamp but bodyflow is a good place for me to start. I'm a bit quite and while I did drama and dance in high school this is a little different so it is going to challenge me. but out of challenge comes growth. right.
One of the instructor at my gym is helping me. shes letting my learn the release and train with her before I go in for the first assessment by a Les Mills trainer in December.
I love my gym so much it is really just full of amazing people!!
Finally when someone asks what I've been up to I have an answer other than working out and being a mom LOL
