Had a lovely Friday, took the day off from work. I tried Hot Yoga for the first time, and loved it. Got in nice 45 minute walk with my hubby. I ran a few errands and picked up a few things from the store, and I worked on organizing my craft room - it was in a terrible disarray. I still need to do a lot of work on it but I definitely made progress!

No workout today just housework and did a little,shopping. It is raining here too and not so nice. Will have to figure out an inside workout tomorrow. I like to be outside walking etching but don't think it is going to happen this weekend! Lost a pound this week so I am happy.....

Much to my surprise, my sodium indulgence yesterday did not show up on the scale this morning! Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. It's supposed to be a damp weekend, maybe I'll restart the couch to 5k program that stalled after two days because of tight calf muscles (and laziness!)...I've got a treadmill, so rain is no excuse.

I had such a busy day yesterday and managed quite well. Today is stationary bike day and I hope to get in some yoga as my back has been sore and needs a good stretching out. Fall chores are hard on backs!
We have a 5 day spell of rain forecast.. yukkkk I hope the sun manages to peak out a bit!
Good morning, and hapy Friday! Quick check in today. Gym, play-date, farmer's market and kindergarten ice-cream social tonight. Should be fun to meet the other parents. Did not get to do a work out yesterday because of work and and conference. Will make up for it today.
YAY Friday! I pulled myself out of a funk yesterday, thanks to spark friends, and ran three miles, walked the dog and did some plank work. I have to constantly remind myself of the positive effect exercise has on my mood.
Tomorrow morning I am running the Chicago Crosstown Classic 10K with my daughter. The weather forecast looks perfect.

Last day of convention eating. And really that will only be breakfast, which I know I can make healthy. If I skip the afternoon sessions I can get home in time for a nice long walk with the pups, too. These gatherings are fun, but I'll be glad to be home. Glad to have a real keyboard too!
Good morning! Happy Friday, everyone (even those whose "Friday" comes on different days)!
This morning's workout is 30 min elliptical and 60 min Intensity class--which is similar to the Crossfit workouts. I'm still fighting the cough, headache--just hopeful it doesn't get worse. I had my annual physical yesterday and Dr. said it was going around. She noticed I had maintained my weight loss and was proud of me.
