Good morning! Thanks for all the encouragement and cheering on with the Intensity ST class. Yesterday was tough too with the focus being on the one arm snatch (alone, then with a squat, then with a jump squat, then with a burpee, etc.). Today is my 5 mi walk with fitness buddy, a nice diversion from the gym, but still very brisk, heart pumping good workout for body and spirit.
After the good day at the gym, my day went downhill. Unfavorable decisions, disappointing news, and onset of the cold symptoms - cough, phlem etc. I'm awake after only 4 hrs sleep to try to deal with all that.
I'm inspired by you half-marathoners! Maybe someday for me. Our team rocks! Hope today is a rockin' good one!
