Hi, I'm back from our wedding and it was a great weekend but not so great food wise. Some good, some not so good. Being on the road without my own food is a disaster! So it is back to the real world once again and that is ok. I am not even going to weigh myself until the end of the week. Hope you all had a great weekend!

Working hard to get a lot of stuff done. Did manage a long walk this morning. Made gluten free waffles for breakfast - got a waffle maker for Christmas last year and this is the first time we have used it. It's a gorgeous day here and I've got the windows opened.

Not a great day yesterday, though I resisted the temptation to keep eating because I was dissatisfied. My scale is stuck and it's discouraging. I just have to keep pushing. It's a stormy day today and my husband is at the football game, I'm happy to watch home and dry!

today has been a great day got up early but not too early, had a delicious breakfeast, cleaned my house, worked up a sweat scrubbing my bathroom from top to bottom, then did 30 minutes of yoga stretching and breathing excersize and 30 minutes bollywood. i feel great! hope everyone else is having a wonderful weekend as well.

Still away from home which is a challenge. Ate spaghetti for lunch and then had a big salad for dinner. Making a stir fry tonight with lots of veggies. Weight is holding at 157.5. May not get in any exercise today it is going to be busy. Home tomorrow and back on track

Good morning, team! Beautiful day here after having rain all night. Bess, so glad you had a nice birthday. Best wishes with the new puppy. Cannot wait to see the picture.
Got a 2 mile run in before I had an overindulgence in salt last night at a neighbors house with appetizers and dips. We had movie night outside. Watched Epic with the kids. Really great movie. I enjoyed it. It was a beautiful night before the rain came at around 10:30.
Back to the basics today. Church this morning, some volunteer work, watching football and then grilling veggies for dinner with some fresh mozzarella cheese I picked up at the farmers market. Hope everyone enjoys Sunday.
Day after birthday and I'm 2 lbs up - which doesn't surprise me after Pizza and Cake. That's a lot of simple (salty and sweet) carbs. But I will walk them away this week. The birthday was fantastic - with presents, a long walk, and a New Puppy!
