Renewing my wardrobe is so much fun! But now that I'm a size 8-10, the problem is how to get rid of all the size 12, 14, 16 and 18 stuff! I need to make room in the closet, but I can't afford to give it all to charity.

morning check in person here, so yesterday was a great day considering I ate out twice. Managed to stay very close to the top of my range even with two meals that were estimates. Since I was a little hungry when I went to bed I think I did ok. Ran one mile, walked 3. Good day

Got a lot of exercising in today, lots of walking and a little bit of running. Didn't eat enough calories though and what I did eat was mostly not good healthy food. I did get a nice salad in, and some yogurt, but the rest of the food was junky and high fat.

Otherwise, a good day, did some fun things and got some things accomplished too, and last night I got plenty of rest for once, so I felt much better today.

Hi All, I took Mom out to the park we walked a little bit with the walker. I thought the benches would be right at the beginning of the park they were half way around. It would be too much walking for Mom these days. I walked her back to the car. She saw children playing at the play ground. She saw people walking there dogs. It was I nice change from what we usually do. Linda from bean town

Hi all,

It's been a hard week. I'm so tired and have had a bad headache for two days now. I don't get enough sleep or enough water and I've been crap and virtually no veggies. I'm having a lot of trouble staying up with my group sparking. It's just been a rough week and I don't see it changing soon. I want to get back on track with my freggies and water but can't seem to make myself do it and I really don't understand why. I always tell others that they an accountability system. I think I should take my own advice.

Away from home for weekend but trying hard to make good choices and watch portions. Weighed after breakfast so it is 157.5. Not too bad but going to have a salad tonight for dinner

Didn't sleep as much as I'd wanted. I'm also trying to head off a cold. The scale is staying stubborn, but my yearly binge on candy corn probably didn't help that!

Day off today and hoped to sleep in, but getting nervous for the half tomorrow, so didn't sleep well. Did packet pick up and just doing so catch up on chores around the house today - going to bake a mexican quinoa casserole tonight and try to get to bed early.

Looking forward to the race, but will be glad when it is over and life can get back to some degree of normalcy for three weeks or so untill time for vacation and my next race!

Hey all

Checking in a little late. The dog woke DH up at a ridiculous hour this morning instead of me for a change so I got to sleep past 6:30 wooohoo!!!

I took the dog for her 20-min walk then since I had a card to mail, I decided to run to the post office.. four miles.

I made good vegetable omlette using two egg whites and one egg. Now I have laundry to do.

Good morning! Happy Saturday! Happy Fall!

Maree, I am sore from yesterday's workout too. I did a short run and ST class for 1 hour. I did of a lot of compound exercises with little to no rest between sets. Ate within my range yesterday with a piece of my FIL's birthday cake for dessert. Going to a neighbor's tonight for movie night. We are getting seven families from our neighborhood together and the kids are going to watch a movie outside on a projector screen. There will be a lot of appetizers so I need to prepare myself. Should be fun!

Good morning. DH and I went to see Rent at our local muni. Got to bed really late and I'm worried I'm getting the cold my daughter had so am loading up on vitamin C. I'm am SO sore from yesterday's workout.

Lots to do today.
