Today is just ok eating wise. I haven't had a chance to cook yet for the first part of the week so I don't know what I'm going to eat each day yet. A lot of appointments and things I must do so cooking is going to be difficult to get in not to mention exercise. I'll be able to get some in but not as much as I would like to do.
Other than that everything is great so I really have no complaints.

What a morning! Both girls started school today and after prepping everything including clothes, last night, my kindergartener decided she wanted to change her outfit! This made us late in eating breakfast etc., etc. got the 3 year old to PreK just in time. She was happy as a clam in water going to school for the first time! Then, I took my older daughter to Kindergarten. She was fine until the students had to sit in line to wait to go into their classrooms. I think she had too much time to think about leaving me and she started crying. Of course it made me upset to see her like that too. But when she started to go into the classroom, she calmed down and I could see that she was fine. I had two hours to myself, so I went to a PTA coffee break and then to the gym. It was a roller coaster of emotion this morning!!!
Hi All, Took the dogs for a walk and took Mom to Adult Day Care. I had steering wheel fluid put into the car this morning and it fixed the noise it was making. I am be turning in this leased care for a new one. I had an appointment with Amramp for an estimate on wheel chair ramp and it was canceled for today but will see him tomorrow. Have a great day! Add me to the list of Monday morning trail draggers! Almost forgot my coffee, but went back to get it. I don't know it I recorded my weight accurately this morning. By the time I wrote it down couldn't remember if it was 123 or 122. I went with the higher number and Gore I'll be pleasantly surprised as the week goes on! This we'll start to get back to the fall routine with rehearsals starting. We're supposed to have summery weather which is good for our house painting contractor. Happy Monday!

Did not go to bed early enough last night, so I'm feeling pretty dragged out today. My boss (the one who broke her nose last week when she fell) has not appeared yet in the office, so we're all kinda wondering what's up.

Morning everyone! Tomorrow I'm taking a professional licensing test that is a pretty big deal (culmination of over 3 years of work) and am getting pretty anxious about it. However, I've got a lot of good nutritious food planned and some good workouts too, so hopefully that will help keep it in check. Have a happy Monday gang!
Good morning team! Made it through a very busy weekend - jamb packed with meetings and work and church activities. Didn't do too bad until late last night. My sis wanted DQ and I almost said NO and just went to bed, but my resolve just wasn't there and I made the trek and of course bought one for myself putting myself over on nutrition. Back on track today and looking forward to getting back with my bi-weekly meetings with my fsvorite ladies at church on Monday nights. Usually end up laughing and smiling so much that my face hurts - can't wait! Have a marvelous Monday team!

Oh la. It's Monday again. I had SUCH a sweet weekend I hate to see it come to an end. A-Nother busy week ahead - whew. I'll be glad when this September rush settles down. But at least I get to go to the gym today and I weighed in smack on goal. And as soon as it's light enough outside I'll take my little white dog out for a walk.

Good morning. Waiting on coffee and I'm really feeling tired. We're bracing for a heat wave the next 3-4 days (heat index of 100) and then a cold wave (70s) for the weekend. Yesterday we woke up to thunder and lightning and heavy rain. No running in that!
I'm headed to gym for 30 min cardio and 60 min ST class.
