Had my quite time. Ate my breakfast and was out for my walk.50 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of hip hop ab , 10 minutes of strength and 10 minutes on gazelle.

Pam! Way to go with the doctor. Wise to stop them one at a a time so that you can see what you can get along without. My muscles are sore, but I took a little walk anyway. My body turned loose of two pounds this morning, even though I'm still taking in too much sodium.

Hi, all! I'm late checking in today, because I'm still filling in for my boss while she recovers from her fall. I did take a couple of hours of sick leave today to see the audiologist and am now test driving a hearing aid programmed to mask my tinnitus. It doesn't eliminate it, but the program I settled on provides modulated masking noise that is somewhere between gentle waves on the beach and cicadas singing their mating songs in the trees.

Good mornig team - getting a late start to the day - volunteered with the Electric Run at our downtown Fleet Street Sports - lllllong shift - quite disappointed. Don't think I'll be running that one. Got to bed late and slept in a little this morning. Getting ready to head out to work 12-9 and then 8-5 tomorrow. Saw the scale creeping down after the labor day indulgence. A couple more days and I should be back where I like.

At 158.5 up a pound from the family weekend. Tomorrow going off to visit with family for the weekend, need to watch food, exercise time will be difficult.

Hi there! Boy for having Monday and Tuesday off, this week is sure taking it's time ending for me. But I am giving thankful I am here to talk about a slow week!
I'm planning a run after work. Then dinner with DH and then walking the dog. She will be very impatient waiting for me to finish dinner. I usually take her right after I run.

Good morning all,
I haven't even got out of bed yet but I woke up so I thought would log in while I was awake. I went to the doctor finally yesterday and went over my prescriptions. Some meds I've been taking since my previous doctor prescribed them. We came up with a plan to stop 6 different meds over the span of about 9 months. I wanted to stop them all at once but my doc said it would be to hard on my body so I have to stop them one at a time with bloodwork in between to make sure my body is handling it well. I'm very excited at the prospect of not taking them any longer.
My day looks clear today so I should be able to have a great workout and get a lot done today. That's it for today. Talk to you all tomorrow.

I tried Tabata yesterday - but found it difficult to concentrate because I had a chatty person cycling next to me. Also - because it's a lot harder than it sounds. I fit in a full 40 minutes on the cycle because I also like the sweaty tired feeling that comes after the endurance part. I'll keep working on the tabata till I feel like I understand it. Today though? First Thursday in September and I'm going to have a workout with my favorite trainer at the gym - at last! It's been a month!!!! Then dinner out with new friends.

Came in at 133 which is up a bit from yesterday. Must be sodium.
Busy Thursday ahead for me. Thursday starts my weekend and it is always a little tough to stick with the diet plan 100%. I will probably be ok considering the scale creeped a bit from yesterday.

didn't want to get out of bed it is so nice. Up and will walk only have a half hour will do more tonight.
Good morning! Wow, I sure slept soundly--maybe it's this cooler weather. Today is my 5 mi walk with fitness buddy and then I will stop in the gym for a fitness assessment (the one I was supposed to have last week but there was miscommunication with gym employees -- imagine that!). I will step on my scale here at home in a minute to compare.
Last night I downloaded a couple of sermons from our church to listen to on my walk. They helped me to make sense of life and my soul appreciated the nourishment.
