Been maintaining, but have had about 3 blow out days in the last two weeks. Hoping I don't give in too many more days in the next month or I'll be gaining. Ugh!

Well, that was dumb. I had a post all written, then got distracted by something (stove timer going off, I think) and closed it out instead of hitting "post message". emoticon Today was busy at work as it usually is after a three day weekend. My weight was up a bit this morning, but since I've been doing great on calorie intake but not so great on sodium, I'm not too surprised or worried. I'd like to get back to the Couch to 5K program, but my calf muscles are tight, so I'm taking it slow. The last time I did too much too fast I tore a muscle and didn't get fully back to normal for 6 months.

Today is a good day. Got a great nights sleep last night and a great workout this morning. Lots to do today. I like that but haven't much time to be online. Weighed in at 170 this morning which is a surprise since I had the BBQ yesterday.

Fall feels like it has settled in, complete with thundershowers last night and dark and rainy today. We are hoping the rain eases enough to walk the dogs as we are heading into town, thus close to the beach and hope to get a beach walk in.

HEY HEY! Happy Tuesday. Happy Anniversaries and almost anniversaries.

Today is DH's bday so I worked hard at being a good girl mostly this weekend so I could enjoy celebrating with him today.

I just did a two mile run, I'm easing back into running after taking August off to take care of my plantar issue.

Onward with the day. It's a new month. Let's do this!

Congratulations Pam on your 9 months in maintenance. I also reached my goal weigh January 1st, 2013. I am right behind you and I only lost 43 pounds but it feels like more. Hi All! It has been a few days, but I am still hanging in. Weight this morning is back up to 126.7 after an all time low of 119. I think I prefer the 125 target so I am happy with where I am today. (STILL trying to figure out and be comfortable with a 'stable' balance.)

This week marks TWO YEARS since I began my weight loss and healthy eating endeavor. Beginning on Sept. 1, 2011 with dietary adjustments and with the "official" weigh-in, a whopping 275.7 lbs., on Sept. 6, 2011, I made the biggest commitment to myself in 20 years. . . . . AND, I did it!!!!

I reached my goal of 135 in Dec. 2012 and my lowest weight of 119 (-156 lbs.) on Aug. 1, 2013. I have considered myself as in maintenance since Dec. 2012.

Although this is a mini-maintenance anniversary (9 months) this is also the anniversary of the day I said "I WILL change my life".

Just sharing one of life's little victories! . . . have a great day everyone!

Good morning everyone! Feeling good today. Looks like everyone is back on track today. Way to go with your goal Tony. I stayed in my range yesterday and did a workout at the gym. Back to the gym today. Girls are still home with me this week. They do not start school until next Monday! One more week with my girls! We will hit the beach and enjoy the last dew days of our "summer " together.

Morning team! In a hurry thins morning getting ready to head out to the dentist and then to work. Weight is okay this morning, but not where I would like it, but I know that I did overdo it too much this weekend. Saturday and Sunday were high, but fitness was through the roof, so it balanced out, but I totally let yesterday get away from me. Back on track today and going to stay focus the rest of the week. It is a busy week, and I haven't had a chance to do much prepping, so tonight I will try to look at the schedule and see where I can squeeze in a little extra food prepping to keep it better on track.

Got to catch up more with everyone tomorrow - have a great today!

Fair is over except for the clean-up today so now I can get back into my normal routine of exercise and diet. My maintence anniversary is also coming up and I'm within my range and right on my target. I would like to drop maybe 3 lb more maybe by end of October but am comfortable where i'm at if I don't. Exercise today will consist of lot of bending and walking as we clean up from the fair. Have a great Tuesday all.

I am approaching my first maintenance year anniversary and focused on being at or below goal weight. I am just a pound up, so not a big deal. But I am liking how the goal date (15th) is impacting my focus and mood. Consistency, focus...Spark friends. Life is good!

Good morning

Back to normal schedules today. 30 min cardio and a 60 min Pilates class at the gym. Pure protein day for nutrition.

DH and I both feel wore out. So I'm hoping getting back to routine will energize us.
