Hi All, I am sorry about Bess. I know about losing a pet. I have had many pets who have past away during the years. Most of them where dogs but a few cats. They were all very special to us. I have my doggie Dusty to walk with through out the day. I also walk my daughter's dog Dodger during the day while she is at work. I weighed my self today and seemed to gain a pound. It happen when I worry about Mom. My emotional eating kicked in and I stop myself. They I have not been able to go to the gym this week did not help. I need to rent or buy a ramp and a wheel chair for Mom. I feed she most days now. It hurt me to see her this way but she is depending on me and I can not let her down. Linda from bean town

Sorry I stepped on your thread DC. I must have been composing my "good morning" and my condolences to Bess at the same time you were starting this thread, and I'm here at the Marina where the Hotspot is not so hot!! Check out my post on the other Daily checkin thread.

Right behind you DC!!! Maree, where are you? Starting the weekend early - I know it's hard for you to get a connection sometimes. Weigh in is 136 again today - WOOHOO! One more day and I will finish this month with everyday at mid goal range weight or below. Thank you everyone for helping me get back there - and stay there. Got to get moving and out the door for a run, then pick up my sis and take her to get her car in the shop and then work 11-8. Work tomorrow 8-5 and little sis coming into town for the weekend to visit with the dog. Hope to get some projects done Sunday after a long run and church. Everyone have a LOVELY Labor Day weekend!
