IMAGELOVER, look at the difference between yours and mine. Mine is at the right. Yours is about 2/3 over. 34 weeks of 40.

The question is where did the 40 come from? And where did you set that?

As far as I know the maintenance ticker just shows how long you have been maintaining.

Hi Bhhekkhun, What goal are you trying to reach for the year? First, determine if you will run daily, weekly or so many times a month and how many miles. Then you can determine your goal for the year. I am training for a marathon for October. The Long Beach Marathon in California. I will walk 13 miles. The marathon is 13 or 26 miles. You can run or walk. I walk 3 miles everyday for 1 hr. I walk 6 miles once a week and in the beginning of September I will walk 13 miles. It is great to set goals and work towards the goals. The most important thing to remember I can achieve any task I decide to do. No is not an option. Strongewomen

On some peoples tickers it looks like you can set a maint. time goal. My is now on maintenance. But it just shows how far I got. I would like to set the goal for the first year mark, 52.

any help
