Hi Bhhekkhun, What goal are you trying to reach for the year? First, determine if you will run daily, weekly or so many times a month and how many miles. Then you can determine your goal for the year. I am training for a marathon for October. The Long Beach Marathon in California. I will walk 13 miles. The marathon is 13 or 26 miles. You can run or walk. I walk 3 miles everyday for 1 hr. I walk 6 miles once a week and in the beginning of September I will walk 13 miles. It is great to set goals and work towards the goals. The most important thing to remember I can achieve any task I decide to do. No is not an option. Strongewomen
