well first official day back from vacation and routine underway.... had my session with my trainer this afternoon.. went grocery shopping to fill fridge again with fresh stuff... then because it kept downpouring off and on today I decided to go back to gym to get 40 minutes in the treadmill before they closed as I didn't think I would be to get an outside run in... I like being back to a routine

I weigh 123 this morning. I am feeling sad. I had a hard time getting Mom down the stairs and I must get some one to build a couple of ramps. I will need to buy a wheel chair and Mom is not eating very much I have to feed her baby food. I am eating to much and will do better tomorrow. I hope I can get her to the adult day program tomorrow. Weight down over a pound from yesterday, but still way too high. I got a short walk in yesterday. Work on our house started yesterday with power washing. My husband is working from home while that's going on. Nice that his job allows that. I downloaded a C25K app yesterday, but didn't start it yet, though I did clear out around the treadmill. Baby steps! Have a productive Tuesday!

MY, we are all up and at "em early this morning! Have a day off, but getting ready to scoot out the door and get the car in the shop. Was hoping to get in a little run while I wait to hear the verdict, but the temp is 78 degrees NOW, so I think I'm going to have my sis pic me up and will try to get some ST done at the house and prep some food for the remainder of the week. On a happier note, we are almost to the end of August and my weight has been at or below mid goal range everyday this month (so far) YEAH! KELLIBEAN, hoping and praying it isn't plantars or that it is a quicker fix for you than for me. You are much mire sensible than I am though (based on the fact that you are considering not doing your 10k's). I'm still thinking that I will do my two halfs - even if my goal is to just finish. You are one smart lady. Praying that you caught this in time!

Morning all! My upper body is really letting me know about the ST I did yesterday! Fortunately I just have some Bollywood dancing on deck this morning. Having a protein smoothie as part of my breakfast made a huge difference in my day yesterday, so I'm doing again today. Have a great day everyone!

Our software GoLive day went really well and I came home high as a kite. Not so high I couldn't resist a second ice cream bar (my daily treat) either. Last week I ate so way far over the limits I'm not surprised to see the needle a little over the 150 mark. This week, though, with out the DreadSoftwareSwitch looming up ahead I think I can concentrate on staying within my limits better.

Toni- it may be sodium from eating different foods, but good luck with getting the weight off. I did a little better yesterday with emotional eating. I brought more high protein snacks today, so hopefully I will do even better today. I went on my exercise bike and plan pilates and zumba later. I am wearing my orthotic again today, and my foot is a little better, in spite of all the zumba jumping last night.

Thanks for the RICE reminder. Leg feels better so I'm trying to decide between Pilates class or cycle fit class this morning. My fav Pilates instructor is on vacation otherwise I would do that. I need to decide quickly as I slept till the alarm went off--wow! Yaaay sleep!
