Did strength, wash clothes and hung them out on the line, walked and have took the clothes in and put them away. Getting ready to cook.

Good evening team! !

Well Mom is doing great. I went to see her today and she has the biggest black eye. She's feeling much better. She has gone down from Percocet to Tylenol 500 mg. that's really good for the first day after plastic surgery.

I was so tired after yesterday's ordeal that I slept about 11 hours. emoticon after that I got up drank water, ate breakfast and did a 45 minute circuit. I felt fantastic. My cals and carbs are where they are supposed to be if you don't count the cals I burn. I'm going to let my body adjust here for awhile before I readjust to include some extra cals for the workouts.

Good morning team!

Well, I've come to learn that the weight gain from eating too much sugar/processed junk/carbs, even when I stay within my nutritional range takes 72 hours of clean(er) eating for my body to even it out. This morning, scale was back to 137.5 (or so).

Have to work 8-5 today, then lighting practice at church tonight. Happy about that. I'll be lightinga men's breakfast event and the guest speaker is Keni Thomas (US Army Ranger veteran of the battle immortalized in "Black Hawk Down".) The guys always have great speakers and so many times, I wish I could hear them, but alas......ah, but now I have a chance. YIPPEE!!! (and I get to hear him FREE).

good morning! it's a beautiful day here and we took advantage by starting with a long walk this morning. yesterday was a good one, a long run first, and then a few shorter walks in the afternoon and evening to end the day at over 11 miles. nutrition went well - and i resisted going down for one more snack before bed after a light dinner, so that felt good. today's morning weight was good at 107.2. not complaining...
