Sorry just checking in but had a hard couple if weeks. Funeral and family matters. But now I am back. Put on alot of weight. Eating things that I kniw I was not suppose to be eating. Let it get the best of me.

I love active. I did jump into the bay tonight. Cooler than I expected, but WATER! Love that. But no beach walk. Lots of stairs unpacking. That is enough!!

at scout camp for the weekend so i slept like a log last night. Up early this am and took the dog for a 45 minute walk thru camp which is up and down lots of hills so the exercise got done early. Maya the dog had been in the lake 4 times since last night and is in 7th heaven for that reason. She is a black lab and loves the water. In fact some scouts have her down at the lake now. she will sleep well tonight. I love camp and this is a fun and stress free weekend. Have a good one everyone'

Was awake last night due to a combination of heat, humidity and a good book. Not sure what I'll do today. DH needs to take his Mom to a memorial service...I'm bowing out because I didn't know the man and since he was a prominent clergyman I think it'll be packed. Perhaps I can continue cleaning and organizing the kitchen. Weight holding steady, but still about 8 lbs higher than I'd like. I remind myself that it's still lower than my original goal weight, but I really need to get serious again.
Hi everyone.. Everyone sounds good and active!
Today is reorganize the laundry room.. It's been under renos for the past 2 weeks and today the final coat of paint goes on and the cupboards can be rehung and the washer and dryer put back into place. I haven't been able to use the dryer for the past couple of weeks, but can hang clothes outdoors, which I like to do anyways.
I started the cleanup the drywall dust process yesterday as it seems to get into every nook and cranny..
Add walking and yoga and my day is full..

DID MY JOG THIS MORNING
Hi All, I walked the dog this morning and plan on more walking. I wish I could go to the gym but everyone is going out. I am driving my daughter to the train and she is off on vacation. My son is going with friends so no one to sit with Mom but me. I am happy to report that I have lost weight again and I am down a couple of pounds. IBest wishes for a great day. Linda from bean town

Good morning team! Quick check in this morning and then out the door to work. Been a busy week and no time to slow down this weekend. Got to try and find a little "me" time next week. Scale is up a tad this morning, not sure why. Gonna watch it close today - despite a dinner out tonight. Also have a picnic event at church tomorrow and that will be the challenge for sure. Only 1 pound below the center of range this morning though - a little over a pound up from yesterday, so not enough wiggle room to allow for excess, especially since the scheduleis so tight. Got to get into the gym (hoping on Monday).

Hey kids! Nice job on the walk-run.
I did a ten-mile bicycle ride after work then took the dog for her one-mile walk and then an SP lower body workout video.
I finally decided to try a green smoothie. I thought no way you can't taste the spinach and I found that you can't. I can't believe I like this stuff!
DH and I are going for a motorcycle ride this morning with some friends, then later to see We Are The Millers with more friends.

Morning to all. Up and at em early as usual. Slept great last night. Very different for me. I usually wake several times throughout the night. Although last night I did not.
Weight is very respectable this morning at 133.2.
Today is the first local meet up for our Spark Team. Looking forward to that. Hoping for a big turnout.

good morning fellow maintainers! the sun is back after a dreadful windy, cloudy, chilly, rainy day yesterday. nice and cool today for the morning walk-run (galloway) - which was my Best Evuh, 5 miles just under an hour. air temp around 60. went down to the fjord for a swim afterwards, and now to catch up on some work (too many guests and obligations to get it done during the week, and we are actually guest-free for Three Whole Days!).
yesterday was not my best - forgot two work deadlines (distractions), but managed to get both in, one slightly late, the other fine. not much time for walking, but we did manage to end the day at almost 6 miles. far too many goodies consumed, but did manage to skip the evening glass of wine. weight is up today, 108:-((.
will try to go goodie-free today...
have a great saturday!
