Happy birthday! Definitely a day to relax the rules.
We just arrived in Samoa, after a long day of travel - had about 1255-1300 calories (not sure what to call the bun I had for lunch, but it was fried so more than a usual chinese bbq chicken bun thing) - and walked over 10000 steps! If I keep this up, I might be a size 8 by the time we leave here!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ONEWEIGH I agree you should take the day off. I don't think one day will hurt anything. Have a great day.
I weighed in 172. I've been here for at least a week now, which is great since I've upped my cals by 400 calories and upped my carbs also. I'm taking supplements also. I feel great.
I did some circuit training today. I worked the bottom half for 40 minutes and then worked on the top half for about 20 minutes in the other room where I have a workout bench set up. Then an 11 minutes cool down. I'm planning to do the Wii Fit soon.
My microwave blew today so it looks its back to old fashion cooking for a couple of days. That's it for today.
Today is my birthday, so I think you all should make it a holiday! My husband decided to take today off/work from home, so we went to Salish Lodge for breakfast overlooking Snoqualmie Falls. Beautiful. We then went shopping for my birthday present-a life vest that doesn't make me feel like I'm going to strangle. It's like a motorcycle helmet, you're buying something that you might never need, but you want to have a good one, just in case. I'm still not enthused about the boat, but it's not going away so I may as well be comfortable. Tonight I'm going out to dinner with my sister-in-laws. It's a non-tracking day because I don't think I could make meaningful estimates.
Still don't have our computer back and even when we get it back it doesn't look long for this world. ah well. even computers wear out after a while.
Still wildly crazy busy at work. Training and training and training and testing and fixing and emailing so that we can do the software migration the weekend of the 24-5. My brain feels stuffed with computer details.
Not making it to the gym this week because the days are so gorgeous I'm going straight home and walking with Himself. You have to take walks while the sun shines too.
Happy Friday Eve

Good Morning Team I had such a good nights sleep with no gastric attacks waking me up and even my back didn't ache for a change! Thus today I feel so much better than I have the past few days.
I saw the Dr. yesterday and he just wants to do repeat blood work in 4 weeks to see if my white count will come back up on it's own to rule out possible viral infection. If not, then it's off to see a specialist, but I'm thinking positive as it's done this before in the past.
Today is an easier exercise day, just walking and yoga.
Good morning team. Slept through my weight training this morning. Maybe I'll get it done after dinner. Did get a three mile run in on the treadmill last night. Really focusing on water and portions today.
~Mandy~ I'll make it to the moon, if I have to crawl.

Good morning, spark friends! Weather is beautiful today. It is a nice crisp morning for August. Looking forward to run 2 miles and do my advanced step class at the gym today. It feels good to be back into my exercise program after so many off schedule weeks. Made the featured SP chicken tostada recipe for dinner last night. We loved it and so quick and easy after a busy day. I will be making that one again.
Have a great day everyone!

Morning everyone! I've been able to stick with my program this week despite some major stress/PMS cravings wanting otherwise. So far I've still completed all my workouts and have eaten at the very bottom of my calories. The plan is to do that today as well. =) Hope everyone else is having a successful week too!
Good morning all. Nice weather here almost fall like but suppose to warm up by the weekend which is great as I have a scout camping trip. Today its a relaxing day with a bike ride to take the grandson swimming and maybe a hike in the woods. Have a great Thursday all.
MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it
