Where is everyone today? Well I'm here. I weighed in 172. I've been here for at least a week now, which is great since I've upped my cals by 400 calories and upped my carbs also. I'm taking supplements also. I feel great.
I did some circuit training today. I worked the bottom half for 40 minutes and then worked on the top half for about 20 minutes in the other room where I have a workout bench set up. Then an 11 minutes cool down. I'm planning to do the Wii Fit soon.
My microwave blew today so it looks its back to old fashion cooking for a couple of days. That's it for today.
good morning - yes, it's day one of year two of maintenance, and i'm trying to refocus. yesterday was a Really Good Day, from the morning run to the evening stroll - any day we break 20,000 fitbit steps is a good one. we stuck to our "clean eating" plan, and i woke to a happy 107.2 lbs this morning.
the sun is out but it is cold! 11F, barely 50C this morning. friends will arrive today and i will have to exercise control on the goodie front. and the plan for today is walking...
