Today 45 minutes of walking and I did stretching.

Hi All, I worked out this morning for an hour. I used the Elliptical machine for 21 minutes. I used the treadmill for 31 minutes. I walked the dogs twice today and plan on walking them two more times today. Linda from bean town

I am very late with my check-in, but was very busy this morning and got to get back to my Wednesday bootcamp class. Oh my goodness! One week away and the body aches, but in a good way. Lots of cardio in bootcamp today, but I need to shed some water weight today after meeting a friend out for sushi last night. It was delicious!!!

My birthday week continues. I got my closet organized (mostly) yesterday. I have clearly developed a Shoe Problem, but at least now they're in clear boxes so I can find them and they don't get dusty. Both husband and I had trouble getting to sleep last night and I woke up stiff and puffy. That would be due in part to an Unfortunate Incident involving cheese horseradish potato chips last night. I bought two half cakes at a local bakery for my birthday because I didn't want to decide between two flavors. I had one slice of the Tropicana (with pineapple filling) last night. DH won't eat it because of the fruit and it was good, but I tossed the rest this morning because I needed the space in the refrigerator and I didn't care if I had another piece. Get that: I threw out perfectly good cake! I don't think I'll be so good with the carrot cake, but I'll probably have help eating that. Lunch out today with my Mom and a friend, more cleaning and organization in the afternoon/evening. I've got a sauerbraten going in the slow cooker. I plan to take it out when I get home this afternoon and defat it before making the gravy. Strange meal for summer, I'll admit, but that's what I felt like making. At least it doesn't seem like it's going to be 80 degrees today.

Today I'm off to the Dr. to go over my blood test results and see what he suggests.. my immunity has been low for many years, but not this low, so I'm a bit anxious, but not overly worried.
I caved in yesterday and took an afternoon nap and that felt good.. I was so tired I wasn't functioning properly, so took the rest.
Today is shopping after the Dr. and then hopefully stationary bike this afternoon.

My computer is in the computer hospital today so I had to get to work early to post at all. Yesterday I worked late and decided to skip the gym and take the dog for a walk. The blessed cooler air hadn't hit us yet but it was dry enough for the walk to be pleasant. Just out to the mile point and back. This morning it's so cool and fresh I'm in heaven and have arranged with Himself to meet me at White Oak Swamp - a 35 acre piece of land we own that's woven with paths. We'll take a walk through the cypress, sweet gum and poplar forest looking for signs of autumn. Nothing like switching out an exercise routine to give the body a boost.
Morning everyone! I've got a little ways to go til I have been in maintenance for a year, but my SP anniversary is coming up, which makes me think about how far I've come. It's hard to think about being as unhealthy as I was a year ago!

I did some interval training on the elliptical last night then took the dog for her brisk one-mile walk. Then I washed up some berries to freeze.
Challenging day ahead. I can do this! I'm closer to the end of the work day than when I woke up! Positivity baby!

DC, I so wish this were my Friday. Yesterday I was complaining to DH, "It's been a long week, and it's only Tuesday." When my boss goes on vacation and leaves me as her acting, I can see why she gets paid to do that job. I am exhausted. Fortunately, I plan to telework both Thursday and Friday, so I can get a little more sleep.

Calories at low (and healthy) end of my range - especially nice since 2 meals were airport food, yay for Thai beef salad at the Sydney airport!
Only 6,000 or so steps. Again, spending half the day in airports.

checking in on this, my one-year maintenance anniversary day. it's cold here in sweden, temps dipped into the 40s last night, low 50s today. went running, almost 5 miles in an hour, and it was a good one - followed by a dip in the fjord; the water was much warmer than the air and actually felt good. today we've declared a "clean eating" day, no goodies, no wine, just good clean veggies and beans. we'll have at least another walk or two later today.

Good morning! Cool night breezes flowing in sure make for good sleeping! I could have stayed snuggled under the covers for another hour. But alas I am up and headed to the gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min RIPPED class.
Bonus walks at noon and after dinner were so enjoyable in this 70+ degree weather yesterday. I'm gonna step on the scale here in a minute but I'm feeling great.
