back at 2 lbs below my goal so girls camp didn't do me in as bad as I thought. today its bike ride and lots of bending and lifting as we get the food and bar booth ready for the upcoming central wis. state fair that the lion's club runs. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Keeping calories in check now that i control what i'm cooking and getting in plenty of wate. Hope everyone had a great day.

Pam I don't know how you only ate 2 chips. I avoid them like the plague. Chips are one of those foods that if I eat one I will eat half a large bag (potato chips).
I'm not at the best weight according to all the body tables but I'm happy here. If I lose any more then I will lose it. I don't think I will look good at the "proper" weight because I'm older and my skin is so loose because my weight was significantly up and down my entire life and then getting all the way up to 273 lbs just did me in. As it is I'm all flabby. I'm trying hard to get rid of some of that chicken flab but I honestly I think it's for naught. I keep trying because its good for my health.
PLEASE READ. How much do you allow for muscle weight gain? I didn't start exercising until just before I reached goal. My goal is to not gain weight as I am gaining muscle weight but I don't know how much I should account for just in case.
It s been a few days since I checked in as I seem to run out of time the past few mornings. I'm doing OK, still dealing with digestive issues, but now waiting for an ultra sound to check out my gallbladder, so until all this gets resolved and my belly settles down I'll be a bit too skinny. I'm trying eating the majority of my calories at breakfast and lunch and a small dinner and that is helping. I get these attacks mostly at bedtime. the past couple of nights have been OK..
New job (not exactly new, but new place to work) -- going well. Attended a Broker Open House serving lunch today, but did well with the food. (well, I had two chips and the rest was acceptable foods!)
And the house was GORGEOUS, btw!
Weight was up still--it's going to take a week to recover from last weekend's binge. (Almost 3,000 calories on Friday and then one meal on Saturday consisting of a full plate of fried foods (green tomatoes, onion, squash, okra). Been eating right since then.
Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.
SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6" GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140) CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5 My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again! (I'm STILL getting there . . . )

WooHoo! Today I weighed in below my goal midrange point for the 7th day in a row! That is the longest that I have been below midrange in nearly 21 months and is 10 pounds below where I was in April. It's been a long, slow 1/2 pound a week, but this team has inspired me to stay steady and trust that I could keep this up for the long haul and get and stay at the point that I feel the best. Would still like to see a couple more pounds come off for the sake of my feet and running, but am happy where I am, so will just concentrate on keeping up the status quo.
Headed out to the dentist, optomitrist, shop for sis's birthday - then cook dinner and meet up with friends for a nice 5-6 miler to test the foot.

Good morning team! Had a great day yesterday. DH had a meeting at school so I took the day off and me and the girls went to the pool. It was too hot outside even at 8:00 to run, so I hopped on the treadmill. Nutrition was good and scale is down some today. Still at the high end of maintenance range, but down. Need to keep it there. It has been up and down a lot lately.

Morning everyone! I'm back home now and wishing I did not have to go back to work, but such is life. Today was my first weigh-in since before going on vacation, and it looks like I more or less maintained (I'm actually a little bit under my last weigh-in) - not what I was expecting. Anyway, time to get back on track with my program. I've got some pilates this morning and then a more typical breakfast for me versus what I had on vacation. Have a great day everyone!
Good morning my early bird sparkers. I slept sort of late this morning - and woke to gentle rain seeping out of the sky. It was hard to get up when the world was so cozy in bed - but I have to go in early today, so here I am.
I completely forgot that I wasn't going to have 2 desserts for this #backontrack challenge - and had two. It's not the calories or the tracking - it's just the discipline I wanted to incorporate - and poof - out the window went the discipline last night.
My weigh-in is on Tuesdays and the weekly calorie/points allowance resets then. There is a big family reunion on Saturday so that will be my food challenge this week. Next week it's a big wedding - with protracted eating opportunities. I'm going to save up the extra points for the weekends for the next 2 weeks.

After work yesterday I walked the dog for 20 minutes then had to go to the post office so I decided to walk. Five miles round trip. My inner thighs and butt were still stiff for the SP 28 Day Bootcamp DVD the day before.oof!
I'm still stiff this morning so I'm gonna take it easy. Hoping to get to the local running store tonight for better shoes.
I'm headed to the gym at 5:00 am for 30 min cardio and 60 min Pilates. Yesterday I got in an extra walk at noon with a friend for 35 min and after dinner withDH for 50 min--walked to the hallmark card shop to get a birthday card for granddaughter who turns two on Friday.
Nutrition was good yesterday but didn't get enough water. Weight is at goal. Last week I was below goal by 2 and plan to save calories for the marina fish fry this Saturday. Clothes fit great and I want to keep it that way.
