Ate one slice of pizza and drank 1 12 oz. Guinness Stout Dark beer at lunch with friends, and STILL had a calorie deficit for the day! Burned more than I ate; therefore another great day!
Consistency is the key.
I have now lowered my weight loss goal to 133 (instead of 137). I am now at 135.8.
I guess it is OK to Maintain, while still sneaking in a new, slightly lower goal???
It is just that I am having a good time, finding this road easy to travel, not to mention challenging and FUN!
