How is everybody this evening? I hope all is well. Today has been a nice day. I got up drank lots of water and worked out for 44 minutes. 20 minutes of calisthenics and 24 minutes of arm and back strength training. By booty is still sore from the strength training I gave it Thursday. Went down to Moms and spent a couple of hours giving her a pedicure and she helped me color my roots. I look in the mirror and feel great! Want to do the Wii but need to take care of my 40 emails first. Don't know if I'll have time.
I'm not tracking today. Breakfast out, "lunch" chips and crackers on the boat in the marina, watching the air show over Lake Washington, dinner out for MIL's 80th birthday. Hope everyone is enjoying the first weekend of August!
Good morning team! Been up piddling around the house. Need to get to the store to buy something to try to clean the hard water stains off the back of my sink. It is driving me batty! Don't have any fitness planned for today. May just call it a rest day. We are having poker at our house tonight. Will try my best not to drink too many calories. Ya'll all have a great day!

well got on the scale after a week of no sparks due to no internet access while at church girls camp and was up 2 lbs. Not a happy camper at all as i did a lot of walking and such and tried to estimate calories and such but must not have done a good job. So today and for the next week or so will be watching it pretty close as I have my yearly physical coming up in 2 weeks and i refuse to weigh more than last year. Hope to get a bike ride in today in between doing laundry and going to a funeral this late morning. Have a good day everyone.
MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it

Congrats on losing 4 lbs. this week. That is terrific! Today I have guests coming for dinner. Going to serve BBQ chicken and grilled lime garlic shrimp. Chocolate cake for dessert. Going to try that new zucchini lemon dip that is featured as the spark recipe today. It looks good! But, I would love to do a pasta bar. Tortoise you made me very hungry this morning!!!! Have a great day everyone!
Good Morning All, I am going to the gym. I weighed myself and found that I lost 4 pounds this week. Also received a letter from the doctor saying I need more calcium in my diet or take supplements. I was told to have 1500 mg of calcium a day and 1000 vitamin D. It is very hard to know if you have enough calcium because the Almond milk container only says 45% of calcium? I need to know milligrams in a cup of Almond milk for the calcium. I need your help with this. Is there any internet site that will tell me? Linda from bean town
It's my birthday, but I managed to eat within my range (okay, 4 calories over my max), and got in 6000 steps between relaxing and enjoying the day. Tomorrow is our sailing and snorkeling adventure - YAY!
Good morning maintainers. My fitness today will be a whole house clean - 'cause I skipped it last week and we have company coming in on Thursday. A surprise birthday party tonight is going to suck up every spare calorie I have for the whole week. I know the cook. I know the abundance. I've already pre-tracked it and realized that whatever delicious bread or roll she serves I can only have 1/4 a piece of it. There Will Be Dessert.
But I'm going to be pretty careful because this Tuesday is my official Weight Watcher's Weigh In day and I want to be at goal. I'm there now - don't want to mess it up in the next 4 days.
Happy Saturday - oh - and I DID resist the temptation to sneak a bite of Himself's granola yesterday. And the day before. That's 2 for 2!
Good morning! Saturday on the lake and our house is full. I got up early for quiet and ahem, to Spark (-: Looking forward to an active day starting with a walk.
Cooking tonight--a pasta "bar" with lots of fresh veggies, chicken and sausage choices for those who want them, and two sauces, a red and a light white one. Big salad. Y'all want to come? When we have lots of kids around I figure laying out lots of healthy alternatives is the best route. Also going to make a peach and black berry topping for ice cream.
I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday!

Wooo - this IS an early check in for me - heading out the door right now to make it to my race. Working this afternoon and evening till 11 PM. Weight is holding steady and so far so good on the foot, though is will be my longest since the foot diagnosis and hiatus. Hope everyone has a relaxing, productive and enjoyable weekend.
