No energy this weather, 85 in shade on balcony. Cardio sculpt, INDOORS! Otherwise not much. A few extra jumping jacks. Am still below 7000 stepmgoal. 2 calorific days in the last 4. Engagement party and borekfest, whichmI heard about at the last moment. Scales up to 56 this morning. Hope they dont go anymhigher. Made SP buffalo wings today. Very tasty! Discovered too late that 1/2 portion would have given me ample cals and protein. 4 more half portions in hand. Sushi this evening. It really doesnt stick together for me when I make it with brown rice... I think I may have used the sushi rice for Spanish rice and veg, and then tried to make the sushi with undercooked ,rice.... Anyway, it was edible! Have kbeen sleeping vry badly some nights. Hope to sleep better tonight. Thank God for coldwaterbottles!

A sleepy morning for me, but still managed to get in a 45 minute yoga DVD.. I prefer an hour, but just couldn't pull myself out of bed.. Washing windows yesterday must have tired me out! I got one 2 rooms done, and today is a break day from windows as it's stationary bike day..
Good morning team! Ran four slow miles this morning, but I got them done. Overindulged at a BBQ restaurant yesterday. Will drink plenty of water and focus on nutrition this week. Everyone have a great day!

I was so sleepy yesterday - bad girl stayed up till 3 to finish a mystery novel - and even a little tired from the long hike on Saturday. Himself and son and I walked over to White Oak Swamp, a 3 mile trek, but that was about it for me. Slept all afternoon and still crashed at 9:30.
Hope all the other sleepy heads get a chance to catch up. This morning I'm pretty fresh, but (boo hoo) have to say goodbye to son, who is heading home after his first visit since March!!
hour and a half of water jogging and water aerobics and then its off to girls camp for our church. Will get lots of exerxcise at camp, but can't control the meals that are served, so its a trick week for me. Also not sure if I will have internet access to log on, so it may become a interesting week for me. Have a good day everyone.

Good morning. I can totally relate, Oneweigh, to trying to function without a good night's sleep. I'm up too early this morning and will likely have a few sleepy moments at work today. It takes a while to recover from Losing an entire night's sleep. Hope you got some rest.
DH and his nephew had a great run, a personal best for DH. They are now talking about competing in those warrior mud runs--Kelliebean, you did one, right? My run was slower by about 3or 4 min.
We enjoyed the afternoon with friends on their classic 1970-vintage Cobalt runabout. Perfect day!
So here we are at Monday. Ugh. 30 min cardio, 60 min ST class at the gym. Nutrition will be a pure protein day.
