Self care yesterday--a hair cut! Also did Jillian Michael's Ripped workout. Am liking it a lot. It takes about a half an hour and the combo of ST and cardio leaves me feeling energized. I think I needed the change up!
Maintaining at a pound over goal pretty consistently. It's a mental game with me to want to be one pound UNDER instead. Ah, something to aim for.
Looking forward to the weekend. Going the baseball game (go Nationals!) with some friends.
