Maree, me too! Last night I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. The cat woke me up shortly before 6 (I had intended to get up at 5:30 but hadn't set an alarm), so I bounced out of bed (THAT hasn't happened in ages), put on my running clothes and headed out before the sun, heat, and humidity could convince me not to. Got tons done teleworking today, and I leave for ST with my trainer soon. Here's the kicker: I calculated my biorhythms and found "Physical" was at absolute rock bottom today...ha ha! Hope that audit went well.

Watching my kids at swim classes this morning. Afternoon I set up some play dates for the kidsso automatic pool party. Frustrated with pool robot not working. It worked once after getting it fixed. When I brought it back to the repair shop it was working so tried again at home and it was not working again except once randomly, grrr. Keep forgetting to put the pool chemicals in at night too so it is beginning to turn green. I also have to get the vacuum and ice maker fixed. As well as get the truck inspected.

It's one of those mornings when I feel tired out before I leave the house! My weekly produce box is delivered in the night, so I have to put that away in addition to my regular morning routine. Add to that my digestion deciding it wanted my attention...I wish I could just go back to bed and try again in a few hours!

Good morning all - made it through a hectic day off. Nutrition was a little unbalanced but within my calorie range. Weight still holding steady - down 2/10 of a pound. Still trying to get more consistent with fitness, especially cardio. Thinking about adding jumprope, but not until after the podriatrist appt on Monday. At least it would be something that doesn't require equipment and that I could do for 5-10 mins at a time, as I have time. Racing out the door to work and then straight to the arboretum to see some friends play (concert).

starting my day with 2 hours of water exercise consisting of jogging and aerobics and then its getting the last of the stuff together for cubscout camp that starts tomorrow and goes to Monday. Looking forward to some great quality time with the grandson. Drank so much fluids the last 3 days the scale shows me up 3 lbs but not to worried about it as the calories have all been in range. Suppose to start cooling down tomorrow. Can't wait. Have a great one everyone

Quarterly board meeting today - and as Library Director - it's always a little like a performance review. Fortunately they are disposed to approve - but I always feel that little tension - as if I were going out on stage. And much easier than an audit, Maree! LOL.
I've been adding one or two strength moves at the end of all my aerobic days at the gym (too few of them this summer for a variety of reasons). Feelin' good about this little sneak attack on slack muscles.
Off to the beach tomorrow - Virginia Beach - with a gf. A mini-vacation. We're going to come home through Colonial Williamsburg and have lunch at one of the taverns there. The best thing about this is that I'll follow that with 2 days at home - a 4 day weekend for me. Yippee!
Good morning! It is hot already here! I am looking forward to my strength training this morning. Then to walk the dog. Have to drink plenty of water today and keep my doggy cool. I hope to take Mom out to the super market for a walk. Best wishes for a great day. Linda from bean town

Good morning. Wow, it always surprises me when I sleep as well as I did last night!! Maybe that extra walk with DH after dinner is making the difference. :) My housework is suffering though :((
I'm headed to the gym at 5:00 for 30 min elliptical and 60 minRIPPED class.
I have an audit at work today - state unemployment tax. Said our office was randomly chosen but I have reason to believe we were targeted. Not really worried as all is in order but certainly I have better things to do.
