I dogs switch and so far so good. My weight is actually more stable, though I would like to lose a few more pounds. I have noted that it only affects the calories. It has not changed my carb, fat or protein amounts, so I will still need to do some adjusting to figure out how to lose these last few pounds. I should also note that I enter my fitness calories based on my heart rate monitor on my Gamin, so I don't see it overestimating.

MOBYCARP blogged about his experience with the new tracker. The deal I have with it is that I'm kind of in a place where I'm a little loose about tracking things like sugar free gum or fat free creamer in my coffee, and I think connecting the two might make my "kinda sorta" tracking not work as well. So for now, I'm standing pat.
Saw a response from one weight looser that it was upping their calories too much and they saw a slight gain. Don't know if this is true for many, or is this person just experiencing an aberration.

wondering if anyone has switched to that new tracking program than sparks just came out with and how you like it. I'm thinking of switching to it, but would love some feedback from others who are maintaining.
