Kind of late checking in, but had to work earlier than normal this AM, then, got stuck at the store and just now got home, made dinner and ate and have just a couple minutes before rushing out to go to lighting practice at church. Was hopping to see a drop in the scale to get below my mid goal range this AM after a double work out yesterday, but even with the increase in calories recommended by the new adjustment factor, there was no gain and I am spot on today in all my nutrients (macro and micro), so, if I can avoid eating much of anything else for the rest of the evening, I will consider this latest experiment a success and see what happens tomorrow. Have an early morning run and if the weather hold and it is like this morning, maybe I can get my long run for the week in. Gotta jet! Have a great night and a happy Friday!

Good morning. Sending blessings and good thoughts to you, Maree.
Went out and gardened for 90 minutes this morning to start my day. I have finally "handled" the summer weed issue in our yard. Yay! Now we have new fence coming in a few weeks and holly tree removal (to be replaced with butterfly bushes!) in a few weeks. Also have a handy man coming to take care of some maintenance painting on our house. Does this sound like "ducks in a row," or what?!! LOL
Curious about this new tracker connection on our site. Anyone have a thought on that?
Have a good one, team mates!!

Maree--keeping you in my thoughts today. I had more energy last night than I've had for a long time. I did three loads of laundry and made a pot of eggplant lentil chili mole. It isn't really chili weather, but it's a great thing for feeling full on minimal calories. The recipe is from the vegan cookbook Appetite for Reduction. I'd bought the eggplant on Saturday and there's only so long eggplant will wait! Work continues busy and we're thinking this is the new normal. Onward!

Thoughts and prayers heading your way regarding the "bump" you discovered is nothing to worry about. I wish I slept as well as you MAREE1953. I woke at 2am, too much on my mind, going to want a nap today. My girls are enjoying their friends having slept over last night. My son was feeling left out so since dh was traveling I let him sleep w/me. They're all still sleeping and I pray he doesn't wet the bed. I think there's a hornets nest inside our pool fence so our pest control co is coming this afternoon to hopefully get rid of them. Other than that my plans are to get the car inspected, pay bills and get more boxes for packing. Maybe drop some stuff off at the storage facility and check out some new to us houses after calling to have the septic tested.

Good morning! Wow I slept well, could have stayed in bed another hour.
I have my long walk with fitness buddy this morning I got in an extra 45 min walk with DH last night.
Stress level was high yesterday and I indulged in cheese and calories at high range. Another day like that ahead if me today. Doctor appointment at 11:30--hoping the "bump" I discovered is nothing to worry about. Feeling a bit fearful ...
