Morning everyone! Although it's 107 degrees here in the Southwest, I managed to do 45 minutes on the treadmill. Have to go out and get some vitamins today. Got to make sure I stay healthy. I'm also in range with my calories. Wishing you all a great day!

Morning (barely) all! Okay day yesterday - busy and really didn't take time to get in any fitness, but even after getting home late from closing, got up this morning and did a little over 3 miles. Plantars is really flaring, so after shopping, came home and iced and will do Hills and Drills tonight. Temperature is not supposed to rise much today and finally we are going to get a little break from the humidity. Gonna go catch up on some of the household chores and get dinner going in the crockpot. Happy humpday everyone!

Crazy day, crazy week! Lightning strike blew out our AC, a computer and our internet access over a week ago. We are still having problems. The phone man just left after 3 hours of troubleshooting and my husband is in hyper aggravated mode. Ugh!!! Still no solution to some of our problems, however I do have internet on another computer finally---but it disconnects every half hour it seems. Phone company guy is stumped too! He says it isn't supposed to do that. Then the email stopped working and I work from home with my computer so I've had a forced shut down on business and losing money on top of things. GRRRRRR! (I feel better now that I've vented a bit.)
Food and diet are still on track. Exercise has slacked off with all these other issues I've been frantically dealing with but hope to get back in the groove in the next few days. Weigh-in today 123.9.
BUT, good news is--- I was able to log in to SP today and add an update. Yay!!!!
Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.
SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6" GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140) CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5 My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again! (I'm STILL getting there . . . )
I started my morning with a Rodney Yee yoga DVD, a 60 minute session and then set the weeks bread to rise.. I'm off gluten, but my husband loves my whole wheat sourdough bread and I've had my starter going for a least 10 years now.
Next, after breakfast that is, it's take the dogs to park and let the border collie swim a bit in the river and watch her scratch at a rock in the sand.. a silly game that she loves and it burns off a lot of her energy. The old auzzie just sits and watches and rests while she plays. He's only got enough energy for the walking part now.
I'm doing pretty good, pain levels have been down.. still fighting gastric woes and pretty tired of them.. but the rest has been all good!
I'm with you Maree on the line dried bedding.. I've been doing that for the past 3 days it seems.. washing, washing and washing somemore..

Still busy at work, still feeling tired and not quite well...but I'm trying! It cooled down quickly last night so sleep was possible. Kept in range in spite of getting into the pretzel pieces. One ounce is a really little serving! I kept it to two and came in on target for the day. Weight up a bit, probably due to the sodium. Drinking lots! Onward!

Went out for a nice dinner with DH last night. I was mindful and did very well calorie-wise all day. Got two walks in. It's been too humid for me to run. I have some stuff to get done tonight so I plan on a run tomorrow night since the humidy will be low.
Three more work days to get through, then VACATION!!
Tuesday is my reboot day of the week - when I begin calorie counting and exercise tracking once again. After a week of pushing the limits - even going beyond them into the danger zone - I stepped back into the healthy zone again. Ate a delicious day's worth of yummy food, got in some exercise at the gym ... and FORGOT my activity monitor. bummer. But it felt alright anyway - and I won't forget it today. At least I know I got the exercise in.
My gym is having the roof over the pool repaired and when I got there yesterday at 5:30 I was the ONLY person to go out onto the floor! I had my pick of any machine, any weight bench and either basketball hoop. I could even ask the attend to turn down the music since nobody else but me was listening. For 30 minutes, while I was the only person there it felt kind of indulgent.
Good morning! Hump day and a little cooler here in the heartland. DH and I took a 45 min walk after dinner last night. I'm headed to the gym in a few to do 30 min elliptical and 60 min RIPPED class. I may be able to walk at noon with my friend.
Calories within range and I stocked refrigerator with some healthy options.
Love those fresh smelling, crisp sheets and bedding dried in the sun on the clothesline!
