I started my morning with a Rodney Yee yoga DVD, a 60 minute session and then set the weeks bread to rise.. I'm off gluten, but my husband loves my whole wheat sourdough bread and I've had my starter going for a least 10 years now.
Next, after breakfast that is, it's take the dogs to park and let the border collie swim a bit in the river and watch her scratch at a rock in the sand.. a silly game that she loves and it burns off a lot of her energy. The old auzzie just sits and watches and rests while she plays. He's only got enough energy for the walking part now.
I'm doing pretty good, pain levels have been down.. still fighting gastric woes and pretty tired of them.. but the rest has been all good!
I'm with you Maree on the line dried bedding.. I've been doing that for the past 3 days it seems.. washing, washing and washing somemore..
