Welcome Judi, Wow! Congratulations! I am so happy for you! I am caring for Mom and trying to decide what adult program she will attend twice a week. I am trying to make sure Mom gets enough liquids and goes to the bathroom every two hours. I will talk to my brother tonight and then call the adult program I choose to take the next steps. In spite of overindulgence and lack of energy, my weight is down this morning. I'm still not feeling completely well, so I'm taking it easy, but housework waits for no one! But first to make it through the workday.

Wow, Toni, kayaking would definitely be a good start...unfortunately, it's dark when I leave for work.
Stayed offline for the most part this weekend to spend quality time with DH, do some housecleaning, and work on a couple of volunteer projects that have a deadline coming up. Calories have definitely NOT been in my "happy range," in Phebess's words.
HI Team I'm doing well and have made a good habit of my early morning yoga practice. Stomach issues have settled somewhat. I rode my stationary bike for an hour yesterday and walked the dogs.. a good day.
Morning everyone! This is the first time in 3 weeks when I will have a totally normal schedule for the week (in the sense that I will have 5 days of work, no guests at the house, etc.). It will be nice to get back to a little consistency with both my personal schedule and with my nutrition/fitness. I'm about to do some core ST right now and then have breakfast. Have a great Monday!
Quick check in after a busy weekend with family visiting from out of town. Got in some better than average fitness and though that my nutrition was pretty much in line. Was a little over yesterday, but had 800+ cal burn, so thought I could afford it, but the scale is up a bit. We'll see over the next couple of days though. Weight was holding steady prior to this blip, so could just be a little water weight or the fact that the majority of my calories yesterday were later in the day.....still learning!

Vacation in five days, it will be a long week!
I completely forgot to check in yesterday. Went in to the city yesterday to spend the afternoon with my daughter for an early birthday. I got some yoga in, walked the dog one mile and then went for a 10-mile bike ride.
Got lots of exercise yesterday since I had to do Saturday's housecleaning and Himself and I took a long hike through the west woods. Blackberries are ripening. Yum. I've eaten right up to my maximum calories/points this week - and I don't like it. But I will be able to get to the gym 4 times this week - and life will feel back to normal then. Yippee.
Up at O Dark Thirty to do a reading assignment I put off all weekend. Bad Bess.

Good morning. It's Monday; doesn't that say it all?
I bought some healthy food and we forgot it at DD so came home to an empty refrigerator. I have some chicken thawing to cook for my lunch. So I over indulged in trail mix. That won't look good on the scale.
I'm headed to gym at 5:00 for 30 min cardio and a 60 min ST class. Full day at work.
