Thanks everyone! I still have my ups and downs, and probably always will, but eating healthy and staying in shape has been the main reasons for my weight maintenance. I keep close track of my weight, and I know what my upper comfort weight is - so I know exactly when I need to kick myself into gear and get back to a weight I feel comfortable with. I do exercise a LOT! But several experiences have led me to believe that you don't need to stress out with lots of exercises in order to maintain your weight. I just happen to be a little obsessed with triathlon :)
