Congrats to you plateau-busters!

Quick check-in on a busy day. Went to a spinning class this morning at the work gym as part of their Group Exercise Bingo summer program. After I eliminated all the late afternoon classes (my work day ends at 3 pm and is followed by a looooong commute) and accounted for my telework days, there was only one line available for me to bingo, and it included spinning. With the free space, the other classes I need to take part in by next Friday are body sculpt, flex & stretch, and balance yoga.

well my 3 days of doing nothing are OVER..... yes I worked the weekend... 12 hour shifts and didn't feel like running after work but I do other times I work so no excuse there..... yes I spent 7 hours driving yesterday and another 5 hours in dr office and came home with a killer headache..... but I sdtill could have walked instead of sitting in the chair at reception room.....

so I weighed myself today.... up 4 pounds .... time to get off my lazy butt and get active again this week...... all week... and weekend too....

Yesterday, walked 2 miles during my lunch break and ran intervals in the evening - about 3.5 miles.
Today I am planning on another walk during my lunch break and maybe some cardio and ST DVD's in the evening.

Have a great Tuesday!

Sort of a strange day - ended up with horrible nutrition but only 7 calories over range, plus over 10,000 steps. All that walking and sightseeing kind of led to the horrible nutrition of the day.

I have to do better for tomorrow! All I can say is, at least I didn't eat anything deep fried! (Only baked.)

Quick check in this morning. Did my workout this morning and am now eating breakfast. A little anxious about my dad showing up today (it's been a few years since we've seen each other), but I know that is just in my head and that everything will be fine. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning team!
Had planned to get up for a run this morning, but was too sleepy. Was up with my daughter for a while last night. She fell off the bed and was crying about her wrist. Was really on the fence about taking her to the ER, but she calmed down and seems to be ok this morning. Must just be a sprain.
Had a good food day yesterday and did a 55 minutes body pump dvd. Scale was down a little so hopefully this vacation weight comes off quickly.
Everyone have a healthful day!

Getting a slow start this a.m., but ready to up and move! I did get in a short run with hubby. We had hoped for a bike ride this afternoon, but not sure if the weather is going to cooperate. So it might be a hike or just major yard work!

Scales are down .5 this morning. I'm losing at a snail's pace - trying to figure out what's happened to my metabolism?

Good morning team! Really wishing that I could've slept in today since it's my day off, but really needing to get a good run in. Finally splipped back down under my center of goal weight - letting out a guarded WOOHOO on that one. The only way I'm going to keep it there is with consistent exercise and it is so hard to get a handle on with my flip flopping schedule. I'm gonna keep plugging away at you and you ladies are my inspiration.

After the run, I have some more reading/refreshing to do for Bible Study this evening and sometime today, I need to go and get my nails done. Got some items that I need to move into the storage as well and still need to take lawn clipping out to the curb for garbade day so I better get moving! Hope you all have a marvelous day!

Hey kids. Looks like a lot of walking, yard work and other workouts going on out there. Excellent!

I got a couple walks in yesterday and did some ab work. Not sure what's on deck for tonight. Maybe I can talk DH into a bicycle ride after dinner. I need to knock off a few squares on my June health challeng card at work. That would knock off a square.

Terrific Tuesday wishes all around!

Hello my fellow meadow larks. Up early myself after a solid 8 hours of sleep. No formal exercise yesterday but lots of walking and moving around. We had our Grand Kick-off to our summer reading programs at the library with 100 children squirming in front of one of the funniest magic acts around - and it was all about the magic to be found in books. super program. Super glad it's started. Now we just juggernaut on down to the July 31 finish line.

with company (2 girl cousins who've come to stay at Bess' Girls Camp) I won't be going to the gym. No point in swimming in chlorine when we can swim in the river. Stopped by a neighbor on the way home yesterday to arrange horse back riding on Wednesday! What a Week.

Last night we had waffles for dinner - high fiber low fat waffles smothered in steamed apples and drenched in sugarless low fat vanilla almond milk. Who doesn't love breakfast for dinner?

wishing everyone a fantastic Tuesday.

Good morning, team!
Great you got a restorative sleep, Maree!
Up early here, thinking ahead to a yoga class today. Trying a new teacher and looking forward to getting a good stretching workout there.

Good morning!

Ah, slept from 6:30 pm to 4 am! Yesterday I was dragging and could barely concentrate. DH took control, making dogs hamburger and rice and agreed they could spend the night outside. Boy, I needed that sleep! Just stepped on scale and I finally broke the plateau and down to 149.8. I haven't been there since December! Yaay! Now if the dogs can just have normal poops it'll be a banner day!

Headed to gym for 30 min run, 60 min pilates.

Hope all have a great Tuesday!!!
