Not a good eating weekend, but exercising has been great: yoga and 10K volksmarch yesterday; 55-min run/walk (Galloway method), ST, and yoga stretches today. I also went to a meetup yesterday for the Northern Virginia Sparkers and saw NellJones and Cellosong (Beth). So eating aside (doing better today so far), it has been a pretty good weekend. Now back to my NCIS marathon while I triage catalogs and finish laundry.

Hi everyone! It has been a few days . . . but still maintaining. Good days and not so good days but keeping in the 'program' and learning to live like a normally healthy person. I LIKE IT!!!!

Weigh-in 123.8 today.

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6"
GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140)
CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5
My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again!

Yesterday was a good day and last night another good sleep.. 4 good nights sleep in a row and it sure makes a difference in my pain levels.

Our weekend weather is iffy, but hopefully the sun will come out and I can get out and enjoy it.

Still off coffee and gluten and just maybe, it's helping.. I sure hope so!

Calories in range, and walked about 10,000 steps (this is me trying to "take it easy" due to a recent diagnosis of arthritis in my hip).

Not the healthiest day for me but still enjoyed my moms summer survival luncheon. Those ladies sure make me laugh but the Chinese food was not real healthy nor was the meal I had at Cracker Barrel followed by dessert at Duncan donuts, I was really bad because The only exercise Zi had was running around the house organizing.

Ooops
Not such a healthy day yesterday. I was a pure slug. zero exercise, sat at my desk all day, and then - ate an excessive dinner. Functioned in low gear - when I operated at all.

I am going to blame it on the tropical storm depression. emoticon

Oh well. Today is going to be a super day - even if it is still dank and slimy. Off to the gym in a bit and a Saturday gym visit is as good as a birthday party.

Aren't we lucky we get a new 24 hours every morning?

Last day at my hubbie's reunion and then a six hour road trip home. I am ready. And almost out of clean clothes! LOL

Happy Saturday! Maree that happened to me too at the gym I joined. Just a sales pitch for a personal trainer which I fell for. It was good for a few months during the winter although I pushed myself more than the trainer did. Made me want to take up personal training!

I had a rough afternoon yesterday but kept myself in check. I went for a five-mile run after work even though I didn't think I had the energy for it, then walked the dog, then did some SP upper body ST videos. I'm quite stiff this morning.

Errands to run this morning then a bit of down time that is greatly needed! I hope everyone has a good day!

Back from camping. Did well for 4 days, blew it for 3. Didn't step on the scale this a.m., but will "own" it tomorrow.

Lots of catch up today in the garden, laundry, etc. And I'm going to try to get in a run after breakfast.

Good Saturday morning!

I had a good day yesterday. I need to go back and track dinner, but I think I'm in range and the scale was on target this morning. DD and I plan to run this morning, with DGD in the stroller. DH may go to gym to use elliptical. He's a little bummed, I think. He went for an assessment yesterday and thought he would get a workout plan and tour, etc., but other than getting weighed and his BMI, all he got was a sales pitch for a personal trainer. I'm disappointed. I can show him all the stuff, but dangit, that's what the gym employees are supposed to do!

My hand is still swollen from the bug bite; icepack helps, too. I hate spraying all those repellant chemicals on my skin--just can't be good for you.

Today I'd like to take the runabout on the lake, but DD and DH have a repair project that will probably consume too much time. Weather will be perfect. I guess I'll be playing outside with DGD while they work on that.
