Thanks for the info! Even though I am in maintenance (again), there is always something new to learn. I know that this is a journey for life and though it gets a little easier day by day, it will NEVER be easy, so I can use all the help I can get!

Thanks for the link. I am pretty much at my goal weight, but I do rely heavily on cardio to stay there. I think I need some of her suggestions for strength training, which will serve me better as I get older.
