welll I have been 145.8 for 3 days in a row... so hopefully that means i am on a downward trend and not an upward again.... since January I have 10 of the 20 I gained in november/december of last year.... only 10 more to go....
did my c25k for 2.5 miles tonight...
I also took a friend to the gym and helped her sign up... then signed her up on sparkpeople and helped her look up the workout generator and meal tracker... then we went for 2.5 mile walk....

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.
SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6"
GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140)
CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5
My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again!

Well...I finally took control of myself and got on the scale this AM...up 1.3 over goal. I thought I was up a bit but for the last two weeks, I didn't want to face it. I have been inspired (yet again!) by all of you and..well..knew it was time to face the scale ! A step in the right direction. I keep reminding myself if I am truly going to "be different" this time (finally losing all the extra weight I was carrying around!) I need to act different ! And that means facing the scale and getting back to my basics that work !

Good morning all. Actually slept in till 6:15am this morning and then hit the Y for 75 mins of water jogging followed by at 45 min easy water aerobic class. Then dog to the vet and my computer class so meals on the run again. for me thats 2 ham slices and a piece of string cheese with some multi seed gluten free crackers. Satifying and filling. Still at goal but would like to drop about 4-5 more pounds but boy are they being stubborn. I guess if they come off they come off if not I'm not going to stress about it to much. Another beautiful day in central wisconsin, with temps to ge to 75 today. Such a welcome from winter that just hung on and on. Have a good one everyone.
MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it
Cardio, core, weights, two Sparkpeople videos, stretching. Yesterday an afternoon walk.
I'm home from my visit with Mom and sisters on the mainland and it was a pretty tiring trip. I didn't sleep well in a different place and there was a lot of stress due to my Mom's last fall and general health. Overall, it was an OK visit though.
I'm so happy to be back in routine and was up at 5:15 and practiced an hour+ yoga to stretch out my sore body.. getting out of routine is a recipe for major pain with fibromyalgia.
I'll be back to my old self in a few days I hope.

Even when I don't track I think about what I'm not tracking! My weight is up again due to last night's restaurant meal. My brain has gotten into the habit of keeping me awake until my produce box is delivered on Tuesday nights--usually about midnight--so I can get up and put everything away then and not do it in the morning. But that means 6 am seems even earlier. Not even the hungry cats wanted me to get up this morning! Two of them wanted attention, but that involved pinning me in bed. Time to get to work!

Walked a mile before work--plan to walk another at lunch today--another beautiful day--staying inside though--cool gym helps me to not get all sweaty during the work day :)
Right at goal today--so no food tracking (sometimes it's really hard for me to not track--today is one of those days--it's a compulsion maybe)

Good morning team. Was up for a couple hours last night due to a work stress. So when the alarm went of at 4:45 for strength training, I reset it for an hour later and went back to sleep. Will have to do it this evening. Ran on the treadmill last night. Did some fast intervals and the sweat was pouring. Felt great!
Food has been pretty good lately. I need to get some eggs made for breakfast. Haven't been getting enough protein there the last few days.

Good morning team - I just LOVE to hear (read) all the energy coming from your posts in the mornings. Sometimes I get to feeling like I am the only one who keeps an insane schedule, and it would make it far too easy for me to give myself slack on the fitness and tracking if I didn't know how many of you all are doing the same thing! Speaking of tracking, I let time get away from me, and my phone died on me. It would've been easy for me to blow it if I had succumbed to temptation when I got home from my run after working all day, but thankfully, I had tossed a cup of lemon chiffon yogurt in the freezer, so after a shower, I enjoyed that with a turkey rollup and then realized that I wasn't needing to graze all night. Got to bed at a fairly decent hour and going to do it all again today. Strength and stamina training tonight instead of a run. Thankfully we aren't supposed to hit 90 again. After running in the half Sunday when temps were in the 30's and low 40's to running last night when it was 90 was quite a shock. I DO LOVE the warmth, but that much that fast is a bit of a shock to the system. Hope you all have an awesome day!!!

Team Leader One Day Challenge
Finally warm today (though not 106, like Sioux City, Iowa, yesterday)
I stayed up late (for me) to watch a season finale last night, so I didn't get to sleep till almost 10:30. That makes the 4 am alarm TOO early, and I'm feeling today like PAM_COOPER felt yesterday: tired and lacking in motivation. Hoping I get a chance to go out for a walk today like I did yesterday. After I got home yesterday afternoon, I worked on my 100 push-ups (hard) and 200 sit-ups (piece o' low-calorie cake) challenges. The push-ups may be beyond me, if my sore shoulder is any indication.

Back home today after a long plane ride. As great as our trip was with our son and daughter-in-law, it feels fine to be back home. Bit of a push to work today with jet lag, but slept well and am ready for it. My book group meets tonight. Should be fun.

and speaking of bleh - that's how I felt yesterday - even though I was dressed in a really cute outfit and made a good presentation to the Board of Supervisors. For the first time in forever I actually thought about not going to the gym after work. thought about it - but that's all, though. Instead I told myself "30 minutes of a gentle workout and then go home". Well. it was 30 minutes because I ended up working late but it was my normal pumped effort. So glad I went.
This week is a demanding one. It will be good - and good to have completed - but demanding. Sunday will be the reward, though. Going to a cousin's first communion and a party with her family (100% of whom I am in love with) afterwards. I believe there are girl scout cookies waiting for me too. Who can I give them to?

Good morning!! Nice to hear encouraging and successful post from DMattison.
Yesterday's events have me awake way too early. It's disappointing when you work hard and others don't do their job. I remind myself that I can only do my best and there are just some things that are not within my control.
I'm headed to the gym at 5 am for 30 min elliptical and 60 min RIPPED class. It's 70 degrees out right now and it inspires me to run. Maybe I'll run or bicycle to the gym.
I'm also geared up to make it a healthy nutrition day! I love how I feel when my life is in balance.
