I weigh the same. I walked the dog 90 minutes today and mowed the lawn for two hours. I did core and strength exercises for 40 minutes this morning. I am really moving today. Wow! I am getting tried and have to cook supper. Best wishes, Linda from bean town
Toni, glad you had a good family visit. Like Bess, I hiked yesterday and enjoyed the brisk air after the cold front. I also looked into the 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups challenges. I managed 14 ugly push-ups, but the sit-ups (which are really slow, controlled crunches in the challenge) proved no problem, and I did 200. Well, there was one problem...200 slow, controlled crunches are BORING. Anyway, shows how out of balance my body is with a pretty strong core and not much in the way of upper-body strength.
Up over 2 1/2 lbs from yesterday. I didn't track, but still! I think if I drink lots of water today it will help flush the excess. A coworker called in with a sick kid, so it's going to be a busy day. I'm anticipating 2 dinners out this week---one with my sister-in-laws and one for a church gathering. The weather has turned, so I probably won't do walking breaks today. Let's make it a great week!
I had a great day yesterday, but hurt my back and couldn't get zumba in. So I stretched today and did 40 minutes on my bike. I am hoping for zumba tonight. I also need to watch what I am eating, because I want to get down to the lower end of my range.

Good morning! Got up early and just finished a 45 minute Pump dvd. It was really challenging and fun. Had a good weekend. Did a shrimp boil here at my house on Sunday to celebrate mother's day. It was nice. My daughter is sick. Been coughing and running fever all weekend. DH can't take off today because of state testing, so I'll be getting her to the doctor. Not really a good time for me to be out of the office, but I gotta do it.
At the high end of my range this morning. Will focus on water and cutting back on sweet treats for the rest of the week. Everyone have a healthful Monday!

Had a free day yesterday so was a bit over on calorie intake, but not to horrible over all. Today its back to the basics with a 1 1/2 hour water jog followed by a 45 minute slow water exercise class, Physical therapy after that and then lots of errands round out my day. Have a great Monday team.
MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it
today I ought to do ST but my neck is bothering me a bit - and the right shoulder. Hrm. Gotta watch that sort of thing.
Himself discovered a beautiful trail on an abandoned railroad line and we walked that green tunnel for 5 miles yesterday. What a perfect fresh beautiful day it was too and along the path I found Pink Lady's Slippers! My favorite shy blossom. Took lots of photos. We ate pretty lavishly yesterday - leaving me with zero extra wiggle room for the week, but tomorrow is weigh-in day so I'm sure I'll squeak by.
Last of the school tours is today - Thank Goodness!

Morning team! Survived the weekend and looking forward to a little "down time" today and then meeting up with my women's group tonight. Ran the 5K predictive benefit Sat (a tad too) but it was a good and useful experience for yesterday's half-marathon. It was first spring half-marathon and I finished right about where I thought I would. Now I have a good bench mark for where I want to be for my next two this fall. Through all the pre-race carb loading and then refueling afterwards, I still mananged to lose a bit and now and only .7 pounds away from the center of my goal range. Feeling better in my skin. Now to recover, maybe do some abs and or extra stretching today and get on a training regimen for the next couple months.
