Sounds like a great weekend planned Oneweigh!!
I have had a roller coaster of a day...my daughter is going through some major stress and so have been the sounding board which I love to be able to offer but realize it takes its toll on my emotions. I am calm for her though!!
Had a great finish to my detox yoga class which I learned to love. Will miss it but it is being replaced by a Vinyassa Flow class which I am sure I will learn to love as well. Also completed a six part Pilates series today and may try a barre class next!
Lots on my plate with my business right now with multiple deadlines so feel a bit overwhelmed and today was the first day in a very long time that I caught myself thinking about treating myself with food......will have to stay conscious!!!

As I predicted, my weight has come down (2 lbs!) since yesterday. We've got a busy weekend planned and I fear eating will be disordered at best. We're going sailing with a coworker of my husband's and his SO tomorrow and they're bringing food, then to a going away party for my pastor and his wife, then on to the opera. Sunday I'm singing a lead part for church with husband (not a regular churchgoer) mother and mother in law in attendance, then on to brunch prepared by a brother in law and my foodie nephew. I may need a weekend to recover from the weekend! Have a great one all! emoticon

Got in a 5.5 mile run this morning, kitchen cleaned and as soon as I finish my coffee break, going to work on my guest room.

Got lots of gardening in this week - raining today, so working inside.

Got in a mile nice and easy walk before punching in at work today--Weight is right at goal today, so I am experimenting with not tracking my food (as long as I stay at or under my center weight) (stealing from the idea of another sparker ;)

I am off to the catch the ferry to the mainland this morning.. It's a 2 hour crossing so I've packed my lunch to keep within my eating plan.. Ferry food is awful, like fast food and expensive.

My sister is picking me up on the other side and we are heading to Langley, which is just outside of Vancouver BC. Oh boy 4 days in the big city, shopping, walking, and visiting with Mom and my sisters... I am sooooo excited..

Have a great day and weekend folks.

I am taking my notebook computer so I can keep on sparking. I wake up so early it will give me something to do while I wait for everyone else to wake up!!

Happy Friday!

Yesterday was gardening. I had some final seeds to go in the ground. we've had so much rain I rebroke the tilled soil with the garden rake and a hoe. I'd forgotten just how hard that is. And how much I take power tools for granted.

Today is a semi-rest day. I plan to get in my steps (indoors it's raining again) and yoga.

Russell, I hope you are back to normal today. Did you have the norovirus or food poisoning? Either way, it's nasty stuff. And then the fluoride treatment...hate those, too, but we have unfluoridated well water, and my dentist doesn't think much of fluoride rinses, so I get the sticky, gooey fluoride treatments a couple of times a year.

Wow, everyone is getting nails done! I had a pedi last week on vacation, so I'm set for a bit.

Not enough walking yesterday, but I did have ST with my trainer, and I could really tell the difference from not doing ST for two weeks. Sore today, but it's a "good" hurt.

Morning all - last shift (8-5) before my three day week-end. Praying this head cold doesn't make the move into my chest. I have a 5K tomorrow morning and then the half-marathon Sunday.....don't want to have to do 13.1 with a chest cold. It's been raining for the last day, off and on, but thankfully it has brought the temps down. I NEVER thought I'd say that, but it is supposed to be high of 55-60, perfect running weather all weekend. Taking it as easy as possible today and going to carb load - get to bed early and the same plans for Sat. Hope you all enjoy your weekends!!!

We made it to Friday!! I got a pedicure this week in preparation for the oldest daughter's graduation. It was only my second one, but I do like them!

It's supposed to be nice today, so I'm hoping to go for a run tonight! Have an emoticon day!

Good morning team!
After a stressful week, I'm excited to get out of the house tonight with DH. We have poker tonight. I received my Les Mills Pump set yesterday and did the short workout. It was so much fun! I just know I am going to love this program. Got up early and did 50 minutes of walking with incline on the treadmill. We are having black bean quesadillas tonight for dinner. One of my favorites.

Hey Linda - I get my nails done today too! And I wonder if houseboats have guest rooms ... emoticon . So utterly glad it's Friday - I have a lot to do today but I feel like I can get the important stuff done.

It's my day of rest day and boy do I need it. worked with the personal trainer yesterday and he pushed me to failure. I caviled at the term and said "let's call it Maxing Out" which sounds so much better. But whatever you call it - I collapsed. and it was so much fun! and I fell asleep over dinner - haven't done that since I was a toddler. The plan was to do it again next thursday but I remembered in the night that i have to teach a class next Thursday and we can't have the teacher falling asleep. I think I'll switch that workout to Friday next week.
'Cause Maxing Out is my new favorite way to exercise. (While we worked upper body, even my hip muscles are tired today - and the inner thigh!)

Good morning!!!

So glad it's Friday! Yesterday the rain stopped and I got in my long walk with fitness buddy and puppy dogs. Yaaay! Today is 30 min elliptical and 60 min RIPPED class. Nutrition pretty good although not fully tracked. I need to pay closer attention to that. Will check weight later; Friday is usually my low day.

I'm so excited to be heading to the marina for a weekend on the houseboat. DD and Granddaughter are coming too!

Hope all are sparked for a great day !!
