Hello team, Had a pretty laid back day. No emergencies or running around.
On track with my food intake, but with a piece of fresh homemade coffee cake for later, I will be at my days cap. Hope I can resist the normal (budgeted, healthy) snack in lieu of the piece of coffee cake I plan to enjoy after while (calories are already calculated).
No structured exercise today -- I am a lazy girl. Well, not really lazy--I did work on my mosaic projects and did a little weed pulling. I also made a coffee cake for my husband (I usually get the first piece and he eats the rest) and a pan of cornbread for supper with bean soup. I am doing pretty well as far as being able to make him a treat and not pig out when I do. I just get my one small piece and it usually satisfies. With the cornbread too, it is a double whammy on the calorie end. Thankfully, I am not overly tempted by the sweets demon.
I hope everyone is doing well and finding happiness in your day. If today didn't go so well, I hope tomorrow is better.
Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!
